perations of the entire warehouse, which included pulling orders, loading trucks

Major Accomplishments: Relocation of warehouse product, also assigning

dule to meet the production schedule of each month. To ensure all shipping & re
ceiving for 5 locations were received in the computer system. Maintaining train
ing of personnel, levels of "Next Records" inventory of raw material and work in
process.

Major Accomplishments: Assisted Senior Management with reduction in several
areas: Personnel by 60 %, overtime from 20% to 00.2%, shortages from 5% to 0.5%
,stocking time from 3 days to 1 day, increasing fill rate from 58% to 100% which
increased assembly on time deliveries from 78% to 93% over the last four and ha
lf years. Reduced inventory cost by 70% in raw material in the warehouse.
Ensured safety record of no accidents or lost time in the warehouse in the last
four and half years. Implemented stock locators and bin locators that helped ac
complish some of the above facts.

reduce warehouse shortages, overtime, loading times, shipping time to all custo
mers,increase inventory levels, and operational cleanliness. Managed 34 personn
el in maintaining over $3 million in inventory, ensuring stock levels were maint
ained and orders were filled above the 90% level. Maintained daily work schedu
le of personnel ensuring all areas of the operation were covered, eliminating a
ny decrease in production, created new truck delivery times/costs and meeting De

ventory control, ensuring inventory was maintained within ten dollars for each i
tem counted on a daily basis.
Major Accomplishment: Facilitated the movement into a new warehouse wi
thout loss of down time, while increasing inventory from $300,000 to $1,000,000.

Production Manager: Supervised 75 personnel in the manufacturing and s
ub-assembly parts of customer mobile oilfield rigs. Ensured hourly and daily ma
nufacturing quota of parts met and delivered to correct departments for equipmen
t assembly. Coordinated with designer and engineers on new designs, solving desi
gn flaws with engineers and plant assembly workers.
I created a testing module building for all a sub-assembled equipment for operat
ion and functionality before proceeding to the assembly line. Devised an execut
ed performance standard and time parameters ensuring products, and produced with
in the guidelines established..
Major Accomplishments: Assisted in the move to anew facility while mai
ntaining production at the old facility and performed this task without the use
of overtime.
Designed new work areas for 17 departments to increase production from 14 to 30
rigs a month with a goal of 34 rigs a month, improved product quality and work
performance by 35% in less than one year. Designed and built a new engine and t
ransmission test site reducing lost time on the assembly line due to engine fail
ure. Coordinated and learned basic sign language to communicate with the compani
es hearing impaired employees, teaching various duties at different job sites fo
