* Led senior management business-level discussion and decisions involving busine
ss vision and strategy, enterprise-level decisions, standardization of best prac
tices, and project governance oversight.
* Managed administrative, legal, and financial functions for the bank and the ba
nk holding company, shareholders, and partners. (Holding Company acquired by Ban

* Conducted regular risk assessments and quality assurance reviews to evaluate c
