xffective communication is the backbone of any successful organization. How well and how
much we communicate within the company will influence the satisfaction each of us experience
with our jobs and it will ultimately help determine how effective and productive we are at work.
Through this survey we aim to determine just how satisfied you are with the communication
practices in (COMPANY), and this will then help us to improve the way in which we communicate
as a company.

We appreciate you taking the time to complete the questionnaire. Hopefully, you should be able
to complete it in 10-15 minutes.Be assured that your answers will be treated with
(no details of individual responses will be shared with management or any other
parties), so please be as truthful as possible. Also keep in mind that this is not a test ʹ your
honest opinion is the ͚right͛ answer we need.
