SYNOPSIS

 Title of Project Report

“Measure the Satisfaction level of employees towards welfare services provide by the Bombardier
Transportation India Limited.”

 Objectives of the study

• To measure the satisfaction level of employees regarding welfare services provided by the organization.

• To identify the various welfare measures in the organization.

• To analyze the employees’ view on the provided welfare measures.

• To adopt suitable measures for the improvement of employee performance.

• To give suggestions and recommendation for the promotion of welfare measures.

 Research Design and Methodology


1. Sampling Plan

• Population Size: 150 Employees

• Sample Size: 20 Employees

2. Data collection Method


Data in this study will collect by conducting Survey through Structured Questionnaire.
3. Sources of Data
• Primary data will collect through structure questionnaire.

• Secondary data will have to collect through published materials such as books and from internet i.e.
company website.
4. Description of Statistical tool use:

According to this project, there are two statistical tools can be use and they are:

1) Percentage analysis: The percentage method is extensively used for analysis and interpretation. It can be
generally calculated as follow:

 Limitations of the Study

• Sample size is limited to 20 employees only as permission from the company which is very less to
conduct successful survey.

• The data obtained is qualitative but not quantitative and it is subjected to human error.

• Due to time limit the study is restricted to 30 days only.

 Scope for Further Study

• The study has been conducted with a view to bring out simple measuring tool for understanding the
effectiveness of welfare measures facilities and satisfaction level of employees regarding the facilities.

• This study will be helpful to the Human Resource Department for the organization growth.

• The project throws light on the need for welfare measures among employees in the organization.

• This can be referred as a base for future oriented projects.
