Although the company provides consulting services for video game, media and rela
ted industries/companies - including interim executive assignments. In mid 2009,
the company added an emphasis for direct to consumer entertainment product deve
lopment/publishing and distribution to the mix with initial products shipping fo
r Apple's iPhone and iPod Touch via intellectual property licenses from Live Nat
ion (Top Music Artist Company - From KISS to Black Eyed Peas), Uncle Milton Indu
stries (Educational Toys from the infamous Ant Farm to Star Wars), and others in
discussion and negotiation stages. More than 10 iPhone/iPod touch Apps shipped
between May 29th and December 21st 2009 (including Virtual Devices and Specializ
ed music Apps such as the Woodstock Pocket Art Gallery and Lil Wayne Virtual Con
cert Lighter). In addition, the original Ant Farm for iPhone, the revolutionary
iPad and Nintendo DS are in development ("Pocket Ant Farm"), as well as short-fo

Face" (an Avatar Creator - yes; be any member from KISS!), Pocket Ant Farm (a fu
lly 3D developed micro-world/virtual pet in your pocket; always evolving) and Vi
rtual Device music products Rod Stewart, Dream Theatre, David Bowie, Motley Crue
, Alan Jackson, Judas Priest and more Virtual Concert Lighters (we will continue
to grow and update this fun category). The company currently holds hardware lic
enses with Apple Computer, Verizon and Nintendo LTD and expects to ship 15-20 Sm
artphone Apps this year as well as some iPad and Nintendo DS versions. In additi
on, we have screen saver rights which would be distributed via Google toolbar do
wnloads etc... which is a significant revenue/profit generator. We expect the fi

Executive Consultant /Acting Chief Executive Officer (Pre Funding Stage)
Web-based casual game company focusing exclusively on 3D browser-based music/art
ist themed video games. As the senior executive consultant (and new business dri
ver), I secured a worldwide license agreement with the Warner Music Group for th
eir recorded music library - to include all relevant video game platforms - bas
ed solely on technology prototyping and business planning materials. The company
has several technology demos and is seeking financial partners. I left to pursu
e Spark of Blue as a publishing entity.

Recorded music entertainment start-up comprised of a record label, publisher and
mobile content provider. Raised $300,000- in seed money via a private placemen
t for the company and helped discover, sign and produce a slate of four recordin
g artists-including securing physical distribution in the US and Canada with lea
ding independent music distributor ADA. Set up worldwide digital distribution wi
th IODA (including Apple's iTunes music service and other worldwide on-line reta
il distributors of recorded music). Negotiated agreements and managed the placem
ent of independent-artist ringtones with T-Mobile USA, Cingular Wireless and oth
er mobile networks. Negotiated and licensed existing music library for the Fame
television show's direct to DVD series launch.

Provided Expert Witness services for this intellectual property/litigation law f
irm in a difficult case brought against a major video game publisher by a publis
hed screen writer and video game designer. I acted as a Compensation Expert for
this assignment.

Provided specialized consulting services to the CEO regarding the video game ind
ustry. Attended industry events such as the E3 Entertainment Expo with the CEO a
nd provided detailed reports on the inner workings of the industry, as well as t
he nuts and bolts of hardware licensing, software licensing, manufacturing, prod
uct development, sales and distribution.

Crave was a $170 million video game distributor servicing major retail outlets s
uch as Costco, Sam's Club, Toys R Us, Best Buy, Wal-Mart and other major outlets
in North America. I was personally recruited by the CEO to develop a casual (un
der $30- retail) console and hand held video game division. Initially, this was
in a consultant role and expanded to a President assignment until the company wa
s put up for sale in early 2005. I restructured their $6 million video game publ
ishing business to focus on brands and licenses based on lifestyle and special i
nterest titles such as Poker, Pinball, Bowling and niche' sports such as Motocro
ss and Snowmobile Racing. The new direction and on time development resulted in
growing revenues from $6 million to $32 million in approximately 12 months. Mor
e importantly, profits were up 100%! The restructuring included streamlining ope
rations and outsourcing product development and the direct management of ten ext
ernal developers at the principle level. Implemented marketing and cross promoti
onal programs - including Crave's first-ever TV advertising campaign for the Pok
er titles as well as national TV with Sony Computer Entertainment.

In January 2004, TDK Mediactive, Inc. (of which I was the CEO and board member)
was sold to the makers of Grand Theft Auto (the world's best selling series of c
onsole-based video games). I provided transitional management (and expert level)
services in order to facilitate a smooth hand-over of TDK's operations and inte
gration with the larger entity and assist with licensing issues on an as needed
basis.
