* Lowered operating costs through annual budget review, strategic
vendor negotiations, and staff reductions; cut bank exposure 65%
(September 2009 to May 2010) through reduction in credit lines as
well as eliminating aged inventory from financial books.

negotiations and direct sales) with customers buying custom homes;
recently negotiated $2 million+ deal with local builder to purchase
lots in Pickerington (February 2010).

Project Achievements
Sponsored 2003 BIA Parade of Homes (land deal valued at
approximately $4 million): Development included 115 lots (houses
ranging from 3,000 square feet to 6,000 square feet), included 21
builders, and 50,000 attendees in 17 days.
* First time company awarded BIA Parade of Homes; recognized with
BIA, Builder of the Year in 2003 (only 2-time winner of award); also
presold home displayed.
* Competed against 3 alternative sites and successfully secured
commitment of BIA; included 23 area homebuilders (as well as 3
public home building companies and regional companies).
* Overcame significant hurdles associated with period of high
growth and development (including antigrowth politics); included
collaboration with utility companies, Ohio EPA, and City of
Pickerington to ensure lots ready on time and within budget; 1st
phase of project (underground utilities and land development) spanned
just 5 months.

Full Scale Renovation of Historic Property in Old Arlington:


Orchestrated $1 million+ project comprising complete tear out and
addition (requiring extremely high quality craftsmanship); completed
entire project in less than 1 year; includes repeat project for
client and 4 projects for client's family in 5 years.
Served as buyer and seller real estate agent for several repeat
clients: Notable sale coordinated includes 5 bedroom, 3 bath house in
specific school district for low $200,000; introduced new build
concept, navigated sales process, negotiated deal and facilitated
construction and purchase of new home under budget.
