Distribution/Logistics Specialist
• Work with transportation carriers, export brokers, freight forwarders and 3rd pa

• Serve as the primary interface in the order to cash process between customers, s

lling 90 day monthly forecast. Obtain and confirm pertinent information on prog
ram launches, market information, and terminations, to assist in forecasting.
• Calculate and distribute forecast accuracy report monthly for Basell sales force

• Enter and track customer complaints through internal investigative process. Aid
in curtailing unfavorable side effects of complaints to external customer.
• Trained in ISO/TS 16949 as an internal auditor. Performed internal audit 2004-2
007 at Basell USA.
