Self-Priming Diesel Pump 2 inch /5 kW with Lombardini 15LD350 engine
- Specify the type of engine on your order if different from the Lombardini type (see alternative in
the specifications). It is recommended to maintain maximum standardisation in one
location/region with the same brand and type of engine.
This kit includes all necessary items to run the pump and all the connectors to fit with 2” or
3” pipework through Storz or thread couplings. The engine oil included allows starting plus one oil
change. The spare parts set is meant for 2000hours (estimated life of the machine in hard
condition).
This pump accepts raw water with limited amount of very small solids. It can be used for raw water,
clear water or chlorinated water. It can exceptionally be used for drainage. It cannot be used for
sewage and sludge pumping.

- Alternative engines: Lister AC1 (Diesel)/4.5kW at 3000 rpm
Hatz 1B30-1 (Diesel)/4.5 kW at 3600 rpm
- Diesel 4 stroke. Single cylinder. Direct injection. Not turbo charged. Air-cooled. Variable speed
control. Recoil manual start. Dry air filter. Exhaust silencer. Oil and fuel filters. Low oil level
security cut off. Fuel tank: 4lt (= 5 hours running time).
Centrifugal self-priming pump in cast iron construction. Integral non-return valve. Renewable
rubber coated wear plate. Cast iron high efficiency clog resistant impeller. Max solids handling
14mm. Carbon/ceramic faced mechanical seal. Detachable discharge bend.
Engine close coupled with pump. Mounted on fabricated steel base with 2 wheeled site trolley.
Packaging: 1wooden box 1.17 x 0.78 x 0.96m, with ISO pallet base.
- One side of the packaging box is designed as a detachable ramp for loading/offloading the pump.
Inside the box a divider protects components. Box lined inside with a tar coated paper to protect
from water.
