Experience in a wide variety of areas. I have dealt directly with

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Dillard's Dept. Store. August, 2005 - Sept., 2008. Coach Handbag
Specialist.
I was employed as a Sales Associate in the Ladies Accessories
Department where I received a Pacesetter Award for sales in excess of
$300,00.00 in a year. I was transferred to the Handbag section in May
of 2006. Within a few weeks of the move, handbag sales in the
department improved dramatically, theft has decreased and customer
satisfaction has increased. In August of 2006 I was promoted as the
Coach Handbag Specialist and have been responsible for display setup
and design, inventory maintenance, stocking and sales. My job requires
regular interaction with vendor representatives from premium handbag
manufacturers.
Huntsville Christian Academy. January, 2002 - May, 2005. Teacher.
I was initially employed as a teacher aide in the 7^th/8^th grade
class. I was later asked to take over as the Home School Director and
continued in this capacity until the Home School program was disbanded
in May, 2003. I assisted the secretary in the Administration Office
during the summer months, then took over as the K4 teacher in the fall
of 2003.

I was employed as a Peak-Time Teller on a temporary basis to help out
during the weeks of training for new employees at the time of a merger
with another bank. I assisted in some CSR duties at this time as well.

I was employed as Peak-Time Teller, interfacing with customers on a
day-to-day basis, receiving, identifying, and processing multiple
types of transactions quickly, pleasantly, and efficiently while

Practice Max/Fidelity Billing. September, 1995 - August, 1996.
Payments clerk.
Responsible for maintaining patient accounts for a medical billing
service using the KREDO and PAR medical information systems. I
received, identified, and processed moneys from individuals and
insurance carriers. I was also responsible for investigating the
details of aged accounts and insuring that funds received had been
posted correctly. I spoke with both patients and insurance carriers
when discussing payment and account information.

I was employed as a teller, directly interfacing with customers on a
day-to-day basis. My responsibilities included processing deposits,
withdrawals, and purchases (Official Checks, Money Orders, and Savings
Bonds), and verifying account information, as well
as ATM transaction processing and maintenance. I was required to
estimate cash flow on a weekly basis to ensure that I had sufficient
funds to cover all transactions processed during the week. I was
required to verify customer identification and to know and follow
local and national banking and security procedures.
U.S. Postal Service. September, 1988 - August, 1990. Casual
Clerk/Carrier.
Processed, sorted and delivered Express and regular U.S. Mail. Typical
duties included meeting on-time delivery requirements, developing and
following a delivery route based on daily mail flow, knowledge of
customer base and delivery area. Assisted in training new employees.
ITEC, Inc. August, 1984 - September, 1985. Production line.
Primarily assembled circuit boards in preparation for flow-soldering
and automated insertion. Position required that I learn and understand
a variety of circuit component mounting techniques to properly prepare
individual parts and prefabricated units for final assembly.
