nologies to management in order to pursuit other projects.

e the business profitable again. The labor contracts were unified by developing
salary scales for the different existing positions, a new sales department was t
o be developed, development of new service products, centralization of the admin
istration, optimization in collection and expending, accounting consolidation, a
ccounting standardization, losses update in the accounting that have been differ
ed by previous boards, thus permitting to assess the real situation of the compa
nies and make possible the projections and plans more feasible and justifiable.
