* Created five (5) year tiered pricing contract for Colorado Department of Corre
ctions (32 correctional facilities and support buildings) which allowed ongoing
cost reductions for the State and prevented potential utility by-pass to an intr
astate pipeline. Preserved annual margins in excess of $800K and maintained sup

* Developed and launched Demand Side Management/Energy Efficiency Programs targe
ted at reducing customer consumption/energy costs, and meeting State of Colorado
