The Company ESWARI ELECTRICALS was established in the year 1983 for the manufacturing of High
Voltage switchgear Products. It is now one of the flourishing Power transmission & distribution
equipment manufacturing companies in the country. Over the years the company has stride a
continuous growth path by way of diversification and forward integration.

THE FOUNDER:

The company was founded by Mr. N. GANESAN who have had a long experience in the field of high
voltage engineering and served in the capacity of the Deputy Director in the BUREAU OF INDIAN
STANDARDS formerly known as the Indian Standards Institutions. He was in charge of the
implementation of quality control measures in the field of electrical engineering. He was also an eminent
Professor of Electrical Engineering in the Engineering Colleges.

THE COMPANY:

The power transmission & distribution equipments manufactured by the Company for the past two
decades have been known for its quality and technical excellence. The products are indigenously
designed, developed and manufactured to comply with the multinational standards. The same product
has been tested by the various Neutral Laboratories such as THE CENTRAL POWER RESEARCH
INSTITUTE, NATIONAL TEST HOUSE, ETDC etc., We also manufacturers various types of switchgear
products to meet specific requirements of customer needs. Our ability to engineer country specific
switchgear protection equipments has always been a unique advantage to be global player in the power
transmission & distribution business.

overseas. We have a highly valuable customer base spread across various industry segments, power
utilities and OEM’s. In the year 1990, the company started exporting its products mainly in the region of

Adopting a precision-driven approach, we start by providing detailed working drawings created on CAD
systems. We coordinate closely with other civil construction departments, to understand their
requirements. And, we chalk out an implementation plan that commits to deliver and schedules.

Depending on the requirements of the project, we create an on-site office infrastructure comprising
telephone lines, fax machine, a PC and an AutoCAD system for faster decision-making. And, for greater
accuracy at every stage, you will find our documentation comprehensive, precise and updated.

Quality Policy 

Integral to our success is our Quality Policy, which emphasizes on Quality Planning, Quality
systems and a Quality Assurance extended to our customers.

Quality Planning involves preparation of detailed inspection lists for all components, equipments
and processes prior to acceptance. It involves quality surveillance procedures, designing special
instruments for testing, wherever necessary, and developing quality audits.

Quality Systems comprise all elements in the Quality Control effort. We share these with our
customers and make them aware of our organization structure, capabilities, skills, resources,
responsibilities, personnel, procedures and quality plans.
 

To provide a Total Quality Assurance, our supplies are purchased from original manufacturers
and authorized dealers only. Moreover, drawing on our international experience, we have
evolved our own Quality Control and Safety manuals. These specify hundreds of checkpoints at
the inspection, storage, installation, testing, pre-commissioning and stages. Naturally, these
manuals are constantly evaluated and upgraded as per new emerging industry standards.
