Greenwood Management Reveals New Advisory Board Member

Greenwood Management, which offers a variety of investment opportunities in the sustainable

forestry industry, has revealed the appointment of a new member on its advisory board.

Copenhagen, Denmark, June 06, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The firm first launched its advisory board in 2009 in
order to ensure it had a range of experts on hand to guide it through the trends and innovation within the
forestry industry. Mr Sergio Canella is the newest member of this board. He will join the other members
in advising Greenwood Management on regulatory matters, legislative developments and other factors
useful in the long-term planning of an investment opportunity.

Mr Canella is from Brazil's Bahia region, where Greenwood bases its Agropecuaria operations. He has
specialist knowledge of the region's steel industry and its use of charcoal. His task for Greenwood will be
to scour various regions for live prices, which he will communicate back to Greenwood through a
bi-monthly report.

The reports will also provide forecasting, future wood market analysis and timber price trend information.
These reports will obviously be vital to Greenwood Management's decisions on how and where to
establish new plantations and offer investment opportunities that deliver the best ROI for clients. In
addition, the reports will also be collated and sent out to Greenwood investors to keep them abreast with
the industry in Brazil - this will form part of Greenwood's investor relations activity.

Carbon charcoal markets have already been identified as a niche, growing area in Brazil as a result of
changes in Brazilian law in 2009. Following the Copenhagen Summit, the Brazilian government
restricted the use of native timber in the production of charcoal for the steel industry, making them reliant
on plantation timber.

Greenwood Management has seen huge demand for investment in its Brazilian plantations thanks to their
location and the solid analysis that forms the basis of its decisions. Investors now have the opportunity to
place funds directly into Brazilian plantations for as little Euro10,000 with Greenwood Management. The
company currently has its eye on Costa Rica as another favourable location for forestry investment at the
moment.
