Srila Sridhara Maharaja: Today is the day of departure of 
Rasikananda Maharaja,
disciple of 
Syamananda Prabhu.Rasikananda,
and
 Jagannatha dasa Babji Maharaja.
At the sametime day of depature of (names ).
Rasikananda Maharaja
he was in(
sanskrit 
) side, he was the disciple of 
Syamananda Prabhu.
 
Syamananda Prabhu's
history is this; That he first got inititation inthe
sakhya rasa
from
Hrdaya Caitanya Goswami
near (
sanskrit 
).Anyhow he went to see
Vrndavana
. He came from a non-
brahmana
family, generally cultivative section. Went to
Vrndavana
and one dayin the early morning he was out on visiting different holy places.From
Nandagram
he is going eastward toward
Kaliya gram.
Suddenlyfound on the way an ornament called (
sanskrit 
) , a foot ornament of the ladies. He suddenly found.Devotee: Bangle.Srila Sridhara Maharaja: Bangle (
sanskrit 
) in
sanskrit 
. Just over thefoot. In this way. Then he took it on his bag and became very muchsurcharged with love divine. Suddenly when looking that side hefound a girl of exquisite beauty she is searching for something therewhere he got it. Then he came back asked the girl "What you aresearching for?""An ornament missed here. One (
sanskrit 
) from
Radharani
missedsomewhere here. And I am searching for that.""Oh, I have got it."He handed over. The girl put that (
sanskrit 
) on his forehead andvanished. Besides himself "I am fortunate enough that I have got it.And I have had
darshan
of the divine damsels of 
Vraja.
Then he hadbeen thinking in this way. Already he had some
sakhya rasa,
traininghis
gurudeva
had given him
mantra
and such. Thinking I have gotthat sort of duty, he was thinking in that way and taking name. Butfrom this incident a change came in his mind and his tendancybegan to grow in favor of 
madhurya rasa.
How beautiful, charmingfigure they are, what is their duty, at night they attend
rasa
ceremony. Thinking thus there was a great change in his mind.And he connected
 Jiva Goswami
that such is the condition."
Gurudeva
,who is in that
rasa,
but I am finding deep tendancy,irresistable toward the service of 
madhurya rasa.
What to do?"
 Jiva Goswami
examined him and, being satisfied, gave him
diksa
in
madhurya rasa.
Then this was broadcast gradually amongst the
Gaudiya Vaisnavas
. Not only in
Vrndavana
but in
Sri Gaura Mandala
also. Such has happend in this case. His
guru, Hrdya Caitanya,
he feltdisturbed. "What is this?

,the standard
vaisnava
,followers of 
Rupa-Sanantana
he did such thing. That is agianst
 
courtesy.
Syamananda
was my disciple. " Anyhow he managed tocall for a
vaisnava
assembly in
Vrndavana
. And there from thatassembly he called for both
 Jiva Goswami
and
Syamananda
to giveexplanation for that incoutieous activity.
 Jiva Goswami
did notattend but he sent
Syamananda
to attend. "Go attend the meeting,answer their call."
Syamananda
went, from the meeting, the committee the assemblycalled explanation; "What's the matter? You took inititation from
Hrdya Caitanya Prabhu
?""Yes, I did.""What was your
tilak 
?""At that time it was such and such.""Now you have changed your
tilak 
into that (
sanskrit 
) ""Yes, it is changed.""Why and how?"He related this story. Now, he wanted, his
guru
desired that present
tilak 
will be erased."You erase your
tilak,
present
tilak.
""I can't erase. If you can, you may erase my
tilak."
 They tried but could not. Then then they are bewildered. "Why such,what is this?" Then he related the narration, the story. Then of course they hadsome awe, reverence. When he told this.Another internal story; when the call for ( )came, he prayedto
Radharani,
'this is the difficulty. What I am to do?' Then it is toldthat
Radharani
gave him assurance, 'I shall look after.' So
Radharani
connected with
Subal
, the leader of the
sakhya rasa
, 'one of Yourservitors I am taking him, You allow.' And He gladly did so. In thisway that was intimated revieled to
Hrdaya Caitanya
and everythingwas confirmed.When he came back the three,
Narottama, Srinvasa,
 
Syamananda
. These three came back with a bulock cart with a chest full of books.And that was looted in (
sanskrit), Visnu pura
. And after trying formany days for searching out those books they failed. Then
Syamananda
went to his own country to preach, (
sanskrit 
) side. And
Narottama
also left for north
Bengal
to preach to them to mind theirown lesson.But
Srinivasa
was the leader of them in charge of the book. He didnot leave (
sanskrit 
) And anyhow when that was looted by the localchief, (
sanskrit 
name) by name, he had some affinity for
Bhagavatam
. And his
guru, Vyasa,
one
Vyasa
by name, he used tochant
Bhagavatam
in his assembly every afternoon. And
Srinivasa
anyhow came and suddenly, unconsciously he pointed out somemistake in the reading of 
Bhagavata
of that
Vyasa, (sanskrit 
name). Then he was detected, 'he is not a man but he is a great genius in
Bhagavatam.'
Then anyhow they came to know his position. And the
 
book was lost, gave him. Then they told that I have stolen thosecaskets. And it was shown to
Srinvasa
and (
sanskrit 
name) becamedisciple of 
Srinivasa.
  Then
Syamananda,
when he was preaching in (
sanskrit 
) he got adisciple named
Rasikananda.
He was very sincere and his feeling,emotion was so much great almost after
diksa
he became half mad.And he was preaching the name of 
Krsna
and the
Vrndavana lila
of 
Mahaprabhu
or
Krsna
by
Mahaprabhu.
And his sentiments were sodeep that he is told by some to be the
avatar, Anhiruddha avatar 
. That which is not found in human soul such intense were hissentiments. But the different thougt of 
Vrndavana
. He establishedone
Math
on the western side (
sanskrit 
) district. They say it wasthere and he preached very intense way.
Rasik Mangala
, there is a book , it is mentioned there that one dayone (
sanskrit 
) Muslim (

) who has some power of showingmiracles to the public. He came, he heard the name of 
Rasikananda
to be a great saint, so he came to test him. He came on the back of atiger to the
ashrama

Rasikananda
. 'Where is he? I have come tosee him. He is a great saint.'At that time it is told that
Rasikananda Prabhu
he was rubbing histeeth by branch a small branch.Devotee: Twig.Srila Sridhara Maharaja: He was sitting on a broken wall of a brokenroom, earthen wall. Then when it was intimated to him that(
sanskrit 
) has come on the back of a tiger then it is told that heasked the wall, the broken wall where he was sitting, 'wall it isnecessary that you should go you should carry me. And the wallcomming. And then (
sanskrit 
) came down from the tiger. This isanimate and he can move the inanimate? This is
siddhi.Rasikananda
 
Prabhu
he was a
sudha bhakta.
But this
 yoga vibhuti
this wall, inanimate wall was asked to advance, march on and thewall did. What's the matter? Then of course it is seen or stated(
sanskrit 
verse) The
siddhi, yoga siddhi
, all these things, they alwayswait for the order of a
vaisnava,
who does not care for
siddhi.
But if any place such wish may come to them, it is effected. And thesethings prove, these incidences we take to be true, then their theoryis very difficult to prove by the science of fossil, fossilism. But what Isay everything is hypnotism, and the character of hypnotism then allis possible. Only will force that can show any one anything. Thewillpower can create so many thoughts and ideas of our experience.We can explain from that background. Anyhow,

Mahaprabhu's
doctrine in that part of the land extensively.And his devotion was very firm and fast. Firm and ( )sentimental.His heart fully melted when he took the name of the Lord or engagedhimself in any service. So much so that a section of 
vaisnavas,
theythought that he is not human soul but he is
isvara
