Testimonials
The training received at Crane Institute was instrumental in
the establishment of a 24 hour refresher course for the West
Virginia licensing of operators. The Safety and Train-the-
Trainer courses are well laid out. I would recommend them
for any Trainer or Safety Director.

SUPPORT SERVI CES
Accident Investigation and Litigation Support
Crane Institute of America employs highly trained experts in Accident Investigation and
Reconstruction. As noted authorities in the safety and technical aspects of cranes and
rigging, Crane Institute personnel frequently provide expert testimony and litigation
support, as well as interpretation of standards and regulations.
Site Safety Assessment
An accident can have serious, long-term effects on the health and stability of a company.
Many hazards overlooked on a daily basis by insiders can be revealed by the objective
eye of an experienced third party. During our on-site visit we will assess your personnel,
material handling practices, records and existing documentation for compliance with
federal, state and industry requirements. Concluding our evaluation, an exit interview will
be conducted followed by a written assessment and recommendations report. A thorough
safety analysis of your workplace helps prevent accidents before they happen.
Consulting
Our staff provides representation in ASME/ANSI standards development, federal and
state rule-making advisory groups and national associations and is able to provide
interpretation of standards and regulations.
Audit Company Policies and Procedures and/or In-House Training
Programs
Our custom training programs are developed for companies who train their crane
operations and riggers in-house. Full-color visual training aids include a student manual,
instructor guide, exercises and job aids. Crane Institute will assist in the implementation
of the program and train and certify in-house trainers.
