Major corporations in India find it extremely difficult to identify the right kind of talent for the middle level leadership positions requiring team leadership, client facing skills, excellent hands-on technical and functional skills. The process
1. We focus on middle level technology managers/engineers. CTC for these candidates is currently estimated to be between Rs.10 lakhs to Rs.25 lakhs. 2. We build teams through rigorous and relevant training. In order to deliver these teams on time, we take your resource requirement projection three months in advance and train them. 3. Ours is a team building program and it is based on transformation process. To customize the process for you, we use your HR and delivery teams requirements and your existing employee profile. Your active participation is required for 2 days to integrate your inputs to the process.
