Major corporations in India find it extremely difficult to identify the right kind of talent for the middle level leadership positions requiring team leadership, client facing skills, excellent hands-on technical and functional skills. Currently, the only method available for organizations is what can be called as the transfer route. In this method, one organization tries to get resources with similar talent from other competitors. The problems with this method are low success ratio in hiring, high cost per employee and weak fit to a given job. We have designed a process for building a large talent pool in an organic manner catering to the mid-level technical-managerial positions. The process
1. We focus on middle level technology managers/engineers. CTC for these candidates is currently estimated to be between Rs.10 lakhs to Rs.25 lakhs. 2. We build teams through rigorous and relevant training. In order to deliver these teams on time, we take your resource requirement projection three months in advance and train them. 3. Ours is a team building program and it is based on transformation process. To customize the process for you, we use your HR and delivery teams requirements and your existing employee profile. Your active participation is required for 2 days to integrate your inputs to the process.
