We are currently looking for a RF Network Planner who would report directly to our VP Global Services & Support; To work on RF Planning projects of Broadband Wireless deployments requiring tight coordination of internal and external stake holders. Responsibilities:

Scaling and design of RF Network architecture accounting for link budget, map coverage, best server coverage Provide for pre sales RF Planning support during RFP phase for strategic accounts Post Sales support for RF Planning services Provide for Site Surveys and documentation report as per the RF design. Testing and operation of RF test tools, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers and oscillators Work in coordination with Project Management group, Professional Services, Sales Organizations and other internal stake holders for project completion. Customer focused to ensure successful project implementation from inception to conclusion. Proven ability and track record of managing multiple projects, delivering projects on time and budget to clients satisfaction. Ability to generate reports and technical documents in publishable format Coordination and planning of existing and future customers network system requirements. Deliver Technical training sessions for customers both internally and externally. Must be willing to travel to project locations

Skills Education & Experience: 6 + years hands on as an RF Planner Must have experience with RF Planning tools Mentum Planet, Google Earth
Experience with WIMAX, WIFI Mesh, or other MESH/WIFI technologies and Backhaul

At least 3 years practical experience in system engineering or equivalent for a wireless broadband equipment manufacturer or system integrator Experience with wireless field deployments Bachelors degree in Engineering or networking technology An effective and assertive negotiator with a solution oriented approach Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills (English) Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills Customer focused to ensure successful project implementation from inception to conclusion. Proven ability and track record of managing multiple projects and multi functional teams, delivering projects on time and budget to clients satisfaction. Ability to generate reports and technical documents in publishable format (mandatory) Project Management certification (PMP)- advantage B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, Networking Telecommunications or related/equivalent field experience
