VII. Quarterly Narrative Report

A. Objectives: 1. To conduct Health Assessment to All Year levels. 2. To provide proper health teaching. 3. To disseminate information about Feminine Hygiene to all students.

B. Accomplishments: Health assessment of all Year Level was conducted. Blood pressure reading of Teachers was monitored.

C. Problem Encountered: Irregular means of transportation.
