HAB PRODUCTS WALL FORM SYSTEM:Wall form system is useful for casting columns, beams, wall and slab and RCC structures whrere heavy and mechnnized Concreting practice is adopted.

COMPONENT & FEATURE:Wall form panels are made out of 2.5mm (12G) M.S. sheets & and 45x45x5 M.S.angle with rectangular slot for matching With adjacent wall form panels and channel soldiers & 45x45x5 M.S.angle stiffener. For heavy shuttering works (Bridges, Tunnels Etc.) wall form panels are made out of 3.15mm (10G) M.S. sheets and 50x50x6 M.S. angle Channel soldier are made out og 2.5mm M.S. sheets and 45x45x5 M.S. angle and are supplied in length of 2500mm, 1250mm & 3500mm Flexible wall forms / pre curved panels with pre curved waller tubes are provided for circular structures. For single side shuttering heavy duty channel soldiers are used with double loop. Internal corner panels for internal surface meeting at 90 angle, external corner angle for external surface meeting at 90 Angle and splay panel / haunch panels for surface meeting at required angle are provided. Wall form system components are connected together by single clips, wedge & clip, connecting bolts, assembly bolts, and Tie bolts of required design.
