FOOD SERVICES DEPARTMENT

There have been letters sent home with past due balances regarding your son/daughters lunch account. Some of these balances are generated from years past or the present. Please try to get these balances paid. If you are interested in the online web site, Nutri-Kids, please contact Ms. Austin, at West Wareham Academy, or Debbie Perry Director of Food Services (508-291-3550), for more information.

ABSENCE FROM SCHOOL:

On any day a student is absent from school a parent/guardian must phone the school at 508-291-3534 ext. 10, 13, or 11, by 8:00 a.m. to report the student as absent. Within two (2) days of returning to school after an absence, a student shall present to an administrator a note of explanation signed by a parent/guardian, (and/or a doctor if appropriate) stating the reason for the absence and a phone number where the parent/guardian can be contacted.

MCAS TESTING A letter was sent home regarding these MCAS dates.

WEDNESDAY DISMISSALS
Students will be dismissed at 12:00 p.m. every Wednesday. Lunch will be served and students will be transported home in the same manner as they are currently.
