Description: This project is related to the recruitment of the resources in to the organization. As part of recruitment process, recruitment team identified the available
positions. Based on the requirement, interviews will be conducted. Candidate will be selected based on the requirement and the exposure to that position. There are two types in the recruitment process. One is internal reference and the other is recruiting the resources from the out side. Internal reference process is useful to get the skilled resources from the reference of existing employees. Employees will be provided some monetary benefits for the internal reference as an encouragement. External recruitment process will be conducted through the public announcement system. The recruitment process is seeking and attracting a pool of people from which qualified candidates for the job vacancies have been chosen. Recruitment policy may involve a commitment to broad principle such as filling a vacancy with a best-qualified individual. My roles & responsibilities and the objectives of the study:
