What interests you about this job? When you're asked what interests you about the position you are interviewing for, the best way to respond is to describe the qualifications listed in the job posting, then connect them to your skills and experience. That way, the employer will see that you know about the job you're interviewing for (not everyone does) and that you have the qualifications necessary to do the job. Customer Service means exceeding their expectations. Every one expects a certain amount of service, some more than others. But when you EXCEED that, then you have added the "WOW" factor. It would be great if your customers said "WOW, I didn't expect that" or "that was beyond what I expected". Then they are more likely to CHOOSE you as their "provider of choice".

An additional aspect that is essential to good customer service is the ability of the seller to, within reason, take extra measures to differentiate their customer services from their competition.

If I change jobs it's always to better myself in my new career or in my new job. I look for vacation times and if the company is flexible in that area. More money is definately on the books and an plans that the company may have regarding Health Care, Retirement Plans and so on. This will be a serious lift from what I am making now. Once I become the counselor I want to be my goal is 50k or more a year.
