THE ANIMAS

Sheela was a pixie of age 10. Sheela had learnt to speak to bees, cats, butterflies, mice, peacocks, dragonflies, fishes, parrots and many other creatures. She was a pixie who could talk to animals. She was called an Animas.

But, however much she tried she could not speak to or understand spiders!

She yelled and she screamed at a spider who did not understand anything but found it very funny

She cried and she cried that she still could not speak to the spider who now found it very sad...

Sheela looked so upset, that the spider tried to cheer her up by playing games with her

Then the spider entertained her by making wavy patterns with its web. Sheela found it amusing and clapped with glee.

However, Sheela still wanted very much to speak to spiders also. So, she thought and thought about it.

She finally got an idea

She danced happily around now that she had an idea. The spider also hopped along with her

After dancing, the spider came and tried to pull Sheela's hair but she pushed it away.

Then the spider tried again, but this time she blew it away saying, Be serious, we have to do some learning!. The spider yelled back something in its language, Spidex which Sheela did not understand at all.

Now Sheela worked on her idea. First she turned on the TV. Then she taught the spider how to speak English by watching programs on TV.

The spider learnt very quickly and they both were happy. It gave Sheela a High-Five with a flag.

Sheela started jumping around happily since half of her idea was successfully completed. She nearly jumped on a puddle. Seeing the danger, the spider cried Watch out!, now that he could speak English.

But it was too late, Sheela had slipped on the puddle.

The spider asked Sheela, Are you all right?. Sheela answered, Yes, I am fine.

Now Sheela asked the Spider to teach her its language, Spidex, which sounded like a mixture of squealing, buzzing and screaming. Sheela also learnt it very quickly. She found it so nice that she started singing loudly in Spidex. The spider had to close his ears because, really, the singing was not so nice.

Since, Sheela finally learnt how to speak Spidex, she was now a complete Animas! She was so happy that she went to get herself and the spider a treat to celebrate the success.

She got lots and lots of Hot Jilebis which they both ate while dancing and talking non-stop in English and Spidex.

Sheela, then sang a nice song in Spidex while clapping her hands and stomping her foot which the spider also enjoyed this time and actually asked her to sing it again. They remained friends forever . THE END.
