Recruiting Coordinator HR Director Exempt

Responsive Education Solutions (ResponsiveEd) is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator who will be responsible to provide the highest level of staffing services. This position delivers high quality professional and executive-level candidates and advances the ResponsiveEd brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the ResponsiveEd selection process. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required. Qualifications: B.S. in Human Resources, Communication, Marketing, or related discipline required. MBA or MS preferred. Four (4) to seven (7) years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting. An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence. Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required. Ability to present new recruiting concepts to executive leadership and education communities. Ability to build search assignment abstracts from client engagement discussions and forms. Understanding of Human Resources principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions. Demonstrated ability to recruit on a national, multi-location level. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Strong initiative and solid judgment skills. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and the use of email. Typical Duties: Serves as the primary point of contact for recruits throughout the interviewing process (e.g., communicates status, answers questions, extends offers to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of ResponsiveEd compensation policy; schedules start date, and coordinates all follow-up efforts, etc.); provides complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position; manages and coordinates all communication with candidates. Writes complete and detailed search assignments (client engagement documents), ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements. Leverages online recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking system to identify and recruit the very best candidates; develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders; creates and fosters relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates; participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.

Reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Prescreens and interviews candidates; creates and presents prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval; manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Organizes, leads, and documents post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates. Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers. Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required. Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate. Attends conferences, association meetings, job fairs, and other networking events to build relationships, promote ResponsiveEd, and develop an understanding of the regional employment market. Tracks, analyzes, and reports candidate pipeline status, recruitment trends, and key performance indicators. Participates in special projects as assigned.
