Together for the Princes 2011

A night of stories from South Africa
Welcome! We are so glad you have joined us for this event. It will be a night of the Prince family sharing their lives in Cape Town, South Africa and all that God is doing in their midst as they serve as missionaries there. You will hear about Ubuntu Sports Outreach, the coaches trained, our local staff, the new academy team, and the vision ahead. Also they will share about ministry with youth and women at Ocean View Methodist Church and the counseling and daily life of Sarahs work. Finally, there will be many great stories of living in the Ocean View township of Cape Town and being the crazy white people in their hood! Life is busy and full for the Princes but an opportunity to see God at work every single day in miraculous and transformational ways. We want to invite you to partner with the Prince family prayerfully and financially in order to see more of Gods hand at work in Africa. Come along for the journey!

Highlights from Casey and Sarah

Some of our favorite things about missionary life in South Arica

Granny Jacoba We are so blessed to have continued to have our Granny helping us make our life happen and loving and caring for Kieren. She is a treasure, a devoted woman of God, and a hero of Ocean View. Now to us, she is family. We pray with her, laugh together, and cry when needed. She walks with us through every step of our life in Ocean View and we honestly could never do life without her! Kieren This little girl lives a blessed and full life in the Ocean View township. Each morning Kieren literally wakes up singing and has total joy as she walks through each day. She has many friends in Ocean View, some who only speak Afrikaans, and welcomes children excitedly into our home daily. This girl knows no prejudice, doesnt look down on anyone, and loves everyone the same. We are all learning how to love and serve better from her heart. Ocean View Our relationship with this community has grown and our lives continue to become more and more intertwined with these people we serve. Our neighbors are becoming our friends, and families around us are starting to ask for help with their children. We partner with churches in the area and God is helping us to build unity among relationships that have been broken. Living in this community is no longer just ministry; it is a second home. Ubuntu Ubuntu Sports is growing by leaps and bounds in two different phases of the organization. The school teams and coaches have grown this year and we are blessed to be mentoring boys in 12 different schools in Cape Town. The Ubuntu Academy team has been practicing and playing for four months now and we are slowly seeing the boys respond to the soccer training and life mentoring. There is a long way to go, but much progress has been made!
