Awana
that

is an acronym stands for

Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed. This motto was taken from 2 Timothy 2:15. Awana is a Bible-centered club program for children and youth and is operated by local churches that agree with our doctrinal statement. The purpose of Awana Clubs is to reach children and youth, and their families, with the gospel of Christ and then train them to love and serve Him in the local church. Awana Camp started in the Awana Verse: summer of 1983. Study to show thyself approved This event was first unto God, organized and led a workman that by Kuya Jess Curabo needeth not to be and it has been ashamed, rightly dividing going on yearly ever the word of truth. since. The Lord has 2 Timothy 2:15 used this camp to Pledge to the help change the Awana Flag: lives of many I pledge allegiance people. This camp to the Awana flag which stands for the has encouraged Awana Clubs, whose many to have a goal is to reach boys more intimate and girls with the relationship with Gospel of Christ and God and to serve train them to serve Him through the ministries in the local church. This camp has also been instrumental in the close relationships/ friendships many of the former campers are now enjoying. Most of the products of this camp are now working in their own fields/professions and some have even committed their lives to full-time ministry, serving the Lord as pastors, missionaries or church workers.

We hope and pray that your kids would be the same. We pray that this event would also encourage your hearts and see your value to the One who loves you so much, more than you ever know. We hope that this camp will motivate you to love and serve the Lord Jesus Christ in the church where He has placed you!
