With effect from 01/07/2010 the Administrative charges for the project at Crescent ParC Sec 92 Gurgaon are as follows:
1. There are No Administrative Charges in case of First Transfer. In case of first transfer remark shall be made that no transfer charges leviable due to the same being first transfer For the Subsequent Transfer the Administrative Charges at the rate of Rs. 50.00 per square feet shall be levied in case where the allotment was made for Basic Sale Price of Rs.1300 to 1499 per sqft .and Rs. 25.00 per sqft. for Basic Sale Price of Rs.1500 and above per sqft. In case of transfer by one co-owner in favour of other co-owner and in case the same does not fall under exempted categories, Administrative Charges shall be of the fee. In case of transfer by way of sale or gift in Blood Relations the Administrative Charges shall be of the fee. For the purpose of this transfer, Blood Relation shall mean in case of any person, his/her son, daughter, brother, sister, mother, father, grandson and granddaughter and wife of a son only.Transfer in favour of any other relation except the blood relation specified above shall not be entitled to any exemption from transfer charges. In case of transfer by way of natural succession in favour of legal heirs remark shall be made that no transfer charges leviable due to the same being transfer in favour of legal heirs by way of natural succession. In such cases certified copy of court order granting Succession Certificate shall be obtained from the legal heirs. Transfer shall be authorized by an authorized representative of the Company duly authorized by way of board resolution to permit such transfer. Transfer register to be maintained, in which folios for each flat, in respect of which transfer request is made, shall be entered. All transfer details, including the particulars of Transferor and Transferee, Flat/Unit No., date of transfer, transfer charges levied and original documents received from transferor and handed over to transferee, including receipts, Allotment Letter and Flat Buyers Agreement, shall be entered. Duly signed and executed documents shall be obtained from Transferor and Transferee, as per prescribed format. Such documents shall included (i) Request Application for Transfer of Flat/Unit from Transferor with his/her photograph, (b) Application Form for Transfer and allotment of Flat/Unit from the Transferee with his/her photograph (c) duly stamped and notarized Indemnity Bond of the Transferee, (d) duly stamped and notarized Affidavit-cum- Declaration from the Transferor.

10. Attested copies of Proof of Identity and Residence shall be taken and verified with originals. 11. PAN Card Nos. of both the Parties shall be entered and copies retained. 12. No transfer to be allowed if all up-to-date dues payable by the Transferor as on date of transfer have been received by the Company. 13. All Balance payments and Administrative charges to be paid by way of Cheque/ Demand Draft or Pay Order only. 14. Transfer Certificate will be issued after doing the endorsements and all original receipts, Allotment Letter and Flat Buyer Agreement be handed over to the Transferee and his signature on the copy of the Transfer Certificate acknowledging receipt thereof to be obtained and copy retained.

NOW, THIS DEED WITNESSED AS FOLLOWS: 1. That in pursuance of the aforesaid booking and in consideration of the Company , agreeing to record the name of the EXECUTANT. The EXECUTANT, shall at all times hereafter indemnity and keep indemnified the Compnay , against all claims, demand, action, proceeding, liens, damages, costs, loss, charges, and expanses, decree, execution, attachment which the Company may become liable to pay or incur. directly or indirectly, as a consequence result of effecting / substituting the name of the EXECUTANT, in respect of the Flat against the above booking. That, in event the company becomes liable to any claim, loss or damages, and / or is subject to and/or any proceeding, legal or otherwise, as a consequence of the above said transfer being effected.
