NIGAMA AGAMA CHARITABLE TRUST

Whereas the author of the Trust has this 13thd day of February, 2008 given a sum of Rs.5,116/- (Rupees five thousand one hundred and sixteen only) with the intention of creating a public religious charitable trust for instituting the activities as per objects stated elsewhere in this deed of trust and whereas the trust board have accepted the said sum to be held in trust for the objects herein after declared. Now this deed witnesses on the trust hereby declared shall be know and administered as NIGAMA AGAMA CHARITABLE TRUST. 2) The office of the Trust shall be located initially at 3-288/1, Brahmana AGraharam, Katheru, Rajahmundry-533105. Andhra Pradesh. But the activities of the trust may be limited to India. 3) The Trustees shall had the said sum of Rs. 5,116/- (Rupees five thousand one hundred and sixteen only) and as so hold other monies or properties movable and immovable that may be gifted or purchased or obtained in future in the name of the Trust from time to time by the Author of the Trust or by any one of the Trustees or any institution or any member of the public for the purpose and object mentioned in the Trust. 4) The property and income of the Trust howsoever derived shall be utilised by the trustees of the trust board towards the promotion of the object and purposes set forth in this deed of trust and no portion there of shall be transferred directly or indirectly to the Author of the Trust at any time provided that nothing herein contained shall prevent the payment in good faith of remuneration rent or interest to any office or servants of the trust including the Founder of the Trust Trustees of the Trust Board in return for any services rendered property or moneys advanced etc.

The objects of the trust are to establish or take over maintain schools, colleges, gurukula Ashrams to impart education having traditional values in the light of the cultural heritage of the land and the people and the trust may also run other educational institutions for the general benefits of the public. ii. to promote research in the Vedas Vedanta puranas etc. and other scripture of the land to bring out of the hidden treasure and light there into the knowledge of the masses all over. iii. to establish institutions for the study of the Vedas, agamas, Upanishads puranas and other ancient scriptures literatures and conduct classes for those interested impart knowledge to them in such a manners as the Founder President cum Chief Administrator thinks it fit. iv. to build and maintain or takeover Ashramas, meditation centres etc. as the Founder President cum Chief Administrator thinks it fit. v. Provide scholarships, pensions honorariums etc to deserving students scholars poets and artists from out of funds of the trust. Vi. To conduct programs institutions for the promotion of traditional and ancient Indian Culture and Arts. vii. to provide medical and education facilities. viii. to acquire maintain construct or dispose of any property including immovable properties in the name of the trust for benefit of the trust. ix. to run takeover maintain old age homes for the aged people. x. to print publish books and circulate books periodicals newspapers and other publications for the social and cultural upliftment of the people.

xi. to support and run medical establishments, nursing homes and health centres for the relief of the poor and needy. xii. to establish hostels and maintain them for the general benefit of the people who are poor and needy giving them food shelters education and clothing. xiii. to establish & interpretate the Hindu Vivaha Dharma according to the Vedic Hindu Marriage culture and to take necessary steps & to give necessary recommendation to the Government for making principles time to time as and when require. xiv. to promote literary social cultural and spiritual activities which are cretive and objective. xv. to acquire lands from Government, Endowments or any other Private societies with the consultation to them. xvi. to establish take over and maintain any educational institution and /or hostels for the poor and economically backward students child homes for physically handicapped and mentally retard contribute fund for scholarships and books for the poor students and to run free libraries for the liberalization of the poor students. xvii. to carry on all such activities as are aimed at the beneficial interest of the mass at large. xviii. to inspect all endowment temples, society organising temples mutts and mandirs and all type of religious shelters and venues and give advises take necessary steps for their progress, take over etc. xix. to take steps for all types of religious activities.

xx. none of the activities of the trust are aimed at profit making either to the trust or the Founder Trustees cum Chief Administrator or the trustees of the Trust Board, but it can be done in the view of Development of the Trust. Xxi. The fnds of the trust shall be applied for the attainment of objectives of the trust with exception to mantra bhagas irrespective of caste, creed and religion. xxii. to run annadanam schemes, hospitals and educational. 6) to achieve the above objects the trust board on the directions from the founder, trustees cum chief administrator may i. accept subscriptions and donations devices and requests of movable and immovable properties subject to the charges or otherwise for all or any of the purposes aforessaid and redeem charges created by donors from out of the income or property of the trust. ii. acquire by accepting as gift purchase lease exchange or otherwise lands building and structures of any tenure or description and to build constructions on land and extend improve and repair buildings and structures and otherwise deal with the property for the purposes aforesaid or any of them.

iii. receive gifts donations contributions from within and outside India whether in cash or kind.

iv. carry on such activities as may consistently always with the wholly charitable nature of the five objects of the trust be carried on for the benefit of the trust or in its interest and to derive benefits there from or in respect there of

v. make donations to such persons or bodies and in such cases either of cash / kind or other assets as the Trustees may think to be directly or indirectly conductive to any of its objects.

vi. allow donations and distributions in the name of any person or persons and to accept for their personal purpose and purposes or and as directed by the trust. vii. Do all such other lawful things under the limitations of Vedic fundamentals as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of any of the above objects.

7. the number of Trustees in the Trust Board shall not be more than ten besides the Founder President cum Chief Administrator.

8. Sri Yellavajjula Murali Gopala Krishna shall be the Founder President cum Chief Administrator for shall have power to enter into contracts on behalf of the Trust and borrow money upon the Security of any of the properties of the Trust and grant mortgages for securing the same the Founder President cum Chief Administrator shall have power to open operate and close any Banking Account on behalf of the Trust and to sign and execute cheques bills drafts receipts negotiable instrument of all kinds and do all acts necessary to prosecute continue, defend, compromise with draw or a bon d any legal proceedings by or against trust or concerning the affairs of the trust the founder cum Chief Administrator shall appoint, nominate and remove the members in the Trust

Board or whole of the Trust Board and shall have power to administrate the affairs of the Trust and he shall also give necessary directions and instructions to the Trust Board shall carry out them and it shall be responsible for the proper administration of the affairs of the trust in accordance with such directions and instructions from the founder President cum Chief Administrator shall have power to delegate powers and responsibilities and when he feels necessary he shall also have power to appoint his successors/s. in case no successors/s appointed the trust board shall appoint such president cum Chief Administrator by 2/3 (Tow third majority) majority decision of the trustees and confirmed in a succeeding trust board meeting specially convened for that purpose such person appointed shall assume all rights and responsibilities of the Founder cum Chief Administrator contained in this trust deed.

9. No Trustee shall be liable of any breach of trust committed by co-trustees etc except for his or her own acts and in respect of any trust property that he or she has actually received the Founder President cum Chief Administrator shall represent the trust in all matters and he may give or suggest genial matter connected to the Trust.

10. The trustees may invest all money in such investments as the per the provisions of sec-II(5) of the Incometax Act. Founder President cum Chief Administrator may instruct or direct from time to time in the name of Trust.

11. Trust and proper accounts shall be kept up from time to time by the Trust Board and the Founder President and Chief Administrator shall furnish all such necessary information as may be in his possession and see that proper and true accounts are maintained by the Trust Board from time to time. The accounts may be maintained and closed every 31st March and submit the same for Audit within six months from the closure of accounts the Founder President cum Chief

Administrator shall circulate the audited statements of accounts amongst the members of Trust Board and further give information and explanation, clarifications as may be sought by them from time to time in so far as the circum stances permit his to do so.

12. Trust Board my review the Civil & Criminal offences of the public within the limits of religion ground and no trusts or member is liable for any civil or criminal difences by any civil or criminal courts without the resolution of Trust Board duly conscented by PP cum CA in view of the Protection of the Public in religion grounds.

13. The Trust Board may give any suggestions and advices etc. to the Founder President cum Chief Administrator from time to time on all aspects and matters of the Trust and the Founder President and Chief Administrator shall communicate his opinions and directions and instructions on such matters as are referred to by the Trust Board to him within a reasonable time not exceeding one month from the date of receipt of such communication and his direction and instructions and the matter shall prevail in so far as they are repugnant to the very basic principles of the Trust as stated in the objects of the Trust in clauses of this Trust deed.

13. It shall open the Trust Board to employ such as may be considered necessary for carrying out the objects to the Trust with the due consent of the Founder President cum Chief Administrator from time to time.

14. If at any time objects of the Trust should become impossible fulfillment or for any other reason to be dissolved the properties and Funds belonging to the Trust shall be transferred to other Trust of institutions societies having the same or

similar objects and which are registered with the commissioner of incometax under Sec.12A of the incometax Act, 1961 with the consent of the Commissioner of Income Tax Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh and also trust may take approval the exemption of 80 G etc. from concerned authorities for conducting activities under systematic grounds.

15. No additions, alterations, deletions, modifications etc. shall be made to any of the clauses of the Trust Deed unless a prior permission is obtained from the Commissioner of Income tax, Visakhapatnam, A.P. in in incomeside to that effect and any other modification other than income side by the Trust Board & with consent of FP cum CA.

16. This Trust is hereby declared irrevocable in witness when of the Parties hereto have here unto set their hands the day month and year first above mentioned.
