1. Payment 30% advance payment, 70% L/C at sight 3. Validity The price of conductor is valid till 27th July 2011. The offer need to be re-negotiated if it exceed period of validity.

4. Packing & Delivery 4.1 Packing The material will be packed according to the manufacturers standards, which will be entirely suitable for the mode of transport as required for the destination. 4.2 Delivery Term As Per Incoterms2000 4.3 Lead-Time To be fixed upon the project needs and ZTTs capacity at the Contract signature 5. Defect Liability: The material offered is guaranteed against faulty material or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months after taking into service; but not later than eighteen (18) months after delivery ex-works The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective items and specially excludes consequential loss or damage of any kind. 6. Quality Assurance: All our suppliers have Quality Assurance System in accordance with ISO 9001 which have been third party accredited. Our offer is based on our suppliers standard QA system without addition or amendment.
