Applications are invited for the posts of Sectoral Officers in the District
Project Offices of Rajiv Vidya Mission from (i) Gazetted officers working in
School Education, Adult Education, Women and Child Welfare, Labour Welfare,
Revenue, Panchayat Raj & Cooperation Departments (ii) Persons working with
reputed NGOs in the field of Education, Rehabilitation of Children with Special
Needs, Child Rights with minimum of (5) years of experience and prescribed
qualifications and (iii) Retired Gazetted officers below 62 years of age as on
01.07.2011.

Note:
1. Separate merit lists will be prepared one for Government Officers as shown
in table (a) and another for the candidates shown at (b) and (c)
2. Persons having experience as shown at column No.5 only need to apply.
Otherwise their applications are liable to be rejected.
3. For the posts at S.No.4 to 6, persons possessing professional qualifications
shown at column No.4 only need to apply. If not, their applications will be
rejected.
4. The upper age limit in case of Retired Gazetted officers shall be less than 62
years as on 01.07.2011.
5. The services of selected persons working with reputed NGOs / Retired
Gazetted officers will be engaged only if the govt. officers are not
available. Their remuneration will be decided separately depending
upon the merit and qualifications.

2. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS:
(i) Applications for the post of Sectoral Officer should be submitted in the respective
District Project Offices, Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA)
(ii) In-service candidates should invariably apply through proper channel. Applications
submitted without proper channel will summarily be rejected.
(iii) Candidate can apply for more than one post in one application only.

4. SELECTION PROCEDURE:
Written & oral test will be conducted.
The questions in written test will be both objective and descriptive.
The duration of the exam will be 2 hours.
Centre of examination and time will be intimated in the hall ticket.
A skill test will be conducted to the candidates applied for the post of Asst.
Programme Officer & Asst. Statistical Officer in addition to written test and
interview.

Quality Indicators and issues, curriculum, assessment and evaluation procedures

d. The Right of Children To Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act 2009
e. Formation of various committees role of committees in school development
activities etc.
f. Management, Roles and Responsibilities etc.,
Educational Management Structure in the state
Managerial and Leadership skills
Educational Institutions at State and National level Action research & small
scale research
Roles and responsibilities of teachers, people participation
Child rights.
Other issues related to School Education.
