These primary evaluation processes itself eliminates a whole lot of candidates. The next phase of the selection process involves tests on vacancy skills. FEE Upon selection of the candidate recommended by the agency, the company will pay for the services along with the terms as follows. Service fee of the Annual CTC (only Basic, HRA, Super Annuation & P.F) offered to the candidate. Lower Level Management (Up to Sr. Executive) : 8.33% Middle Level management (Asst.Manager to Manager) : 12% Higher Level Management( Above Manager) : 15% Taxes and Levies if any shall be extra Company shall send a copy of appointment order of the candidate to the consultancy.

Incase any employee recruited through the agency leaves the company within three month of having been recruited, the Agency shall then recruit new employee to fill such a position and for the same, the agency shall incur the complete cost of such recruitment.
