FAST FLOOR is a blend of selected cements, hard wearing graded aggregates modified with special polymers and flow agents. It has a w/p ratio of 0.18. USES FAIRTOP FAST FLOOR is suitable for use in Industrial ware houses & suitable for used in schools and hospitals, up grading and refurbishing of existing internal concrete slabs. It can also be suitable for use in car parks and Light to medium engineering operations. PACKING & COVERAGE < Available in 18 kg HDPE bag. < Coverage: 1.8 kg/m at 1mm thickness.

USES FAIRTOP METALLIC can be used for application to new concrete floor or for repairs to existing floors, which have been damaged or excessively worn. DESCRIPTION FAIRCRETE EP is a versatile, trowel applied, three component Epoxy resin-based, deep section screed / mortar. The product is supplied in various colours, but may be sealed or topped with SAFECORE SEALER coatings. Typical application thicknesses is 10-150mm. USES FAIRCRETE EP is used as a deep section protective screed for floor areas subject to impact, abrasion and chemical spillage. Also used as a thick section Epoxy bedding mortar for kerbs, etc.

FAIRTOP HD Ready to use single pack, hard wearing, abrasion and impact resistant, nonmetallic, monolithic, smooth finish, anti-skid floor hardener for heavy duty industrial floors. A 12 mm thick topping on the green concrete provides an extra ordinary heavy duty traffic floor. Coverage : 1-1.2 m at 12 mm thickness per pack of 25 kgs. FAIRCRETE 16 Ready to use, clear, non-staining, dust proofer and surface hardner for fresh concrete, floors, screeds, granolithic toppings and vertical surface. It is a nontoxic aqueous solution which seals / blocks the pores of concrete. FAIRSCREED PF It is a two pack, thixotropic, solvent free polyester resin based adhesive for crack and voids filler to seal the crack before pressure grouting which does not allow injection grout to come out and permanently seals the grout, does not require any primer. Coverage : 0.60 m per 1 kg. pack with 1 mm thickness. FAIRSCREED GF It is a new and environment friendly material that consist of recycled bottle glass color or clear or both, used for jointless flooring, has excellent adhesion to concrete surfaces, high impact and chemical resistance, and available in many color, shape, size and thickness. FAIRSCREED VF Two pack, high strength, thixotropic, creep resistant epoxy based patching and void filling compound for variety of purposes & bonding of a wide range of building materials. Primer is required. Coverage : 0.67 m per 1 kg. Pack / 1 mm thickness. FAIRSCREED COLOUR QUARTZ It is a three component, multi-coloured, decorative, abrasion resistant, Quartz-based, Epoxy resin floor system. Provides hard wearing, non-slip, chemical resistant floor topping, available in standard range of colour mix. Coverage: 2.8 m at a thickness of 4mm per 25kg pack.
