ACCOMPLISHED RESEARCH WORK (ACADEMIC) Using Bioinformatics, QSAR, Computer Software (INSIGHT, SYBLE, CHARMm, CHEM-X, QUANTA 4.0, KUSAR etc.), molecular simulation, docking, structure of newly synthesized GABAnergic Agonist analogues were modified to optimize their biological activity. Development of colorimetric and spectrophotometric methods for determination of drugs from bulk and their different formulations. Design, Synthesis & Pharmacological evaluation of mechanism neuropharmacological & psychoactive agents such as lead compounds. based

Development and optimization of synthetic processes (Thermodynamic as well as Stiochiometric) for some Anti-Epileptic agents such as GABAnergic agonist analogues on laboratory scale Purification of GABAnergic agonist analogues, their Structural Characterization using TLC, FTIR, NMR, Mass Spectroscopy and Elemental Analysis. Crystallization and recrystalization study of various poorly soluble compounds. Evaluation of biological activity for GABAnergic agonist analogues using different animal models. Using Iris 20 Silicon Graphics Workstation I have design bioactive molecule via direct & indirect QSAR. Determination of LD50 values for the GABAnergic Agonist analogues using Miller Tainter Method. Extensive use of NMR spectrometry for steriochemical & conformational analysis.
