Use the CIRCLE command to construct a total of three circles of 2.00 diameter. Use the centers of arcs "Ar" "Br" and "Cr" as shown on the left in the following image, as the centers for the circles. Switch to the Center layer, change the DIMCEN system variable to a value of .07, and use the DIMCENTER command to place center marks identiS,ing the centers of all circles and arcs, as shown on the right in the following image.

Use the CIRCLE-TTR command/option to construct a .75-radius circle tangent to two dashed circles, as shown on the left in the following image. Then use the TRIM mand to trim away part of the circle so your display appears similar to the illustration on right in the following image.
