The following document is designed to provide users of the HP Certified Professional Program Exam Voucher Purchasing website with documentation and procedures to utilize https://hp.mycertifications.com. Registration
In order to purchase HP Certified Professional Program exam vouchers you must register and create an account. Step 1: Step 1 Open an Internet browser (application functions best if viewed utilizing Internet Explorer 5.5 or better) and type in the URL https://hp.my-certifications.com. This will take you to the home page of the HP Certified Professional Program Exam Voucher Purchasing
website.

After reviewing the home page click on the Continue button and proceed to the registration and login page.

2: Step 2 Create your account or if you already have an account, use this screen to login and purchase HP Certified Professional Exam Vouchers.

Already have an account? Log-in by entering your e-mail address and password. You will be taken to the Voucher Purchase page. If you forget your password you can utilize the password recovery process by clicking on the link Forgot your password? Click here. New to the site? If you are new to the website you will need to create an account to initiate this process. Click on the Register button. You will be taken to a simple onscreen form that collects your demographic information used to create your account. The required fields are labeled with bold text. Fields that are particularly important are the Region, Company, Business Unit and Department fields. The Region field will allow you to input the regions you will need to purchase vouchers for.

Check the desired region box for which you are purchasing vouchers (Americas, Europe Middle-East, Japan, and Asia Pacific). Please note: After initial account creation you will have
the ability to maintain your account profile and add regions as needed. Once you complete the form click on the Register button to create your account. You will then be taken to the Voucher Purchase page.

Voucher Purchase
The initial voucher purchase page provides you with purchase information for the HP Certified Professional exam vouchers. First, in the left hand nav bar, click on the region for which you are authorized to purchase vouchers and you will be taken to that voucher purchase region page. (Note that the regions available for purchase are based on your account set up. To change your region, click on the Account icon at the top right). Figure 4. Voucher Purchase - Initial page

The voucher purchase region page allows you to add HP Certified Professional exam vouchers to your shopping cart by clicking on the Add to Cart link next to the corresponding voucher(s) you require. After selecting a voucher type, you will be taken to the shopping cart screen to review your selected items. On the shopping cart page you may enter a quantity for each type of voucher you have selected.

The Shopping Cart page provides you with review information regarding your selected vouchers. You may choose Continue Shopping, Update Your Shopping Cart, or Final Check Out. Continue Shopping: Takes you to the initial voucher page so that you may add additional vouchers to your shopping cart. Update Your Shopping Cart: This button should be used after you have either removed an item from your shopping cart or updated the vouchers you do want to purchase. Note: To remove an item from your shopping cart, click on the check box in the Remove column next to the item you desire to remove. After clicking on the check box, be sure to click on the Update Your Shopping Cart button. This will remove the item from your shopping cart. Final Check Out: Takes you to the Review and Submit Payment page where you select your payment option. To finalize the transaction you select Final Check Out which takes you to a review screen where you choose the payment method. If you have received a Promotional Code please follow the instructions entitled Promotional Code.

You may access the Shopping Cart page at any time by clicking the cart icon in the upper right hand corner. Promotional Code: If you have received a promotional code, you will be asked to enter your promotional code on the Review and Submit Payment Page prior to completing the checkout process. This code will consists of a random series of letters and numbers and will allow for either a dollar or percentage amount off of all or a part of your purchase.

The Review and Submit Payment page allows you to select your payment method. Card: Credit Card: From the drop-down list select Credit Card and click the Complete Checkout button. This takes you into the credit card pay method process. Debit Card: From the drop-down list select Debit Card and click the Complete Checkout button. This takes you into the debit card pay method process. Purchase Order: You may purchase vouchers using your companys purchase order number, but payment must be received prior to vouchers being issued. Please select Purchase Order from the dropdown list and click on the Complete Checkout button. This will take you through the Purchase Order Wizard to complete that process. Please note: If you are an HP internal user that has been specially authorized to use HP purchase orders via hpcp.vouchers@hp.com, your steps to purchase are slightly different than most users. Please refer to the HP Certified Professional Voucher Purchase User Guide authorized user version.

PayPal: PayPal: From the drop-down list select PayPal and click the Complete Checkout button. This takes you to the Review and Submit Payment screen.

Click on the PayPal icon button. This takes you out of the HP Certified Exam Voucher Purchasing website and begins your checkout process in PayPal. (Note: There are some limitations regarding PayPal availability in some countries and regions. These limitations are explained on the FAQ page.)

Finalizing Your Transaction


Paying for your voucher purchase is the final step in purchasing HP Certified Professional Program exam vouchers. Based on your selected payment method, you will follow one of the following pathways:

payment method: Credit card payment method: Complete the form with your appropriate credit card information.

You will be asked for your credit card number, expiration date, CCID number, and billing name and address. (The CCID number is a security feature found on the back of your credit card.) The billing name and address must match the information on the credit card you are using. If the credit card information matches your user account information, you can automatically populate these fields by checking Use my account information. Otherwise, you must enter this

information. Then click on the Purchase button. Once your credit card has been processed, you will receive a confirmation message. Your confirmation page is the Order Receipt page. From this page, you can print a receipt for your records in a printer-friendly format. To view the vouchers youve purchased, click on the View Vouchers button. Additionally, you may download this information to a spreadsheet format for easy distribution. The receipts and vouchers may be viewed, reprinted, and downloaded at any point by visiting the My Orders page. Simply click on the My Orders icon (located in the upper right hand corner on every page throughout the HP Certified Professional Program Exam Voucher Purchasing website). Debit Card payment method: Complete this form with your appropriate debit card information.

You will be asked for your debit card number, expiration date, name and address. This information must match the information on your debit card that you are using. If the debit card information matches your user account information, you can automatically populate these fields by checking Use my account information. Otherwise, you must enter this information. Then click on

the Purchase button. Once your debit card has been processed, you will receive a confirmation message. Your confirmation page is the Order Receipt page. From this page, you can print a receipt for your records in a printer-friendly format. To view the vouchers youve purchased, click on the View Vouchers button. Payment Purchase Order Payment Method: When you select Purchase Order from the drop-down box
on the final check out page, you are taken to the Purchase Order Wizard. The Purchase Order Wizard takes you through the following process: 1: Step 1 Accept Terms and Conditions The Purchase Order Agreement page provides you with instructions on how to wire funds to Genuine Genius Technologies, LLC, and provides access to the terms and conditions statement. To continue, you must accept the terms and conditions of using the purchase order process by clicking the I Agree button.

2: Step 2 Order Invoice Your order details will be displayed and allow you to print the invoice details for your accounts payable department. By clicking on the Done button you trigger a confirmation and instruction email to be utilized by your accounts payable department. You will then be returned to the home page of the HP Certified Professional Program Exam Voucher Purchasing website.
Genuine Genius Technologies, LLC, then monitors the wires that are sent to the account and upon receipt of funds sends the required HP exam vouchers with in two business days. It is important for your accounts payable department to reference the transaction number provided in the wire details, as that information is vital to completing transactions in a timely fashion.

PayPal Payment Method: When you select PayPal from the drop-down list and click the Complete Checkout button, you are taken to the Review and Submit Payment page (see figure 7). Click on the PayPal icon. This takes you out of the HP Certified Exam Voucher Purchasing website and to the PayPal website. Here you will begin your checkout process.

Once your checkout process is completed in PayPal, you will be returned to the HP Certified Exam Voucher Purchasing website to finalize your transaction and receive confirmation.

Account Orders Update Your Account and My Orders pages


You can manage and maintain both your accounts and order history by visiting the Update Your Account and My Order pages. These pages can be accessed from virtually any screen within the HP Certified Professional Program Exam Voucher Purchasing website. Simply click on the Account icon or on the My Orders icon on the upper right-hand portion of the page.

Account page: Update Your Account page Allows you to update and change information and also add regions
from which to purchase HP Certified Professional Program exam vouchers. After making a change, be sure to click on the Update button. To purchase vouchers, click on the Home link found on the upper left corner of the screen.

You will be able to view transaction details, reprint receipts, and download vouchers.

pop-up page will appear, addressing most of the questions you may have about vouchers and voucher purchasing.
