Additional Uses...
To manage my clients - every client starts with two notebooks: One with shared access and one that is private. This eliminates sending docs a thousand times. We collaborate on marketing/ campaign plans and releases here as well. If we work on multiple projects I create a company stack and add all notebooks under the one umbrella. I have also set up lters to have certain client emails go automatically into their notebooks. To blog - I believe that the best productivity apps allow you to do as much as you can from one place. I use a plugin for wordpress that allows me to share to my blog once I sync in my Evernote notebook. I use a bunch of other Evernote Scripts from Veritrope.com also. To go paperless - I am totally paperless thanks to Evernote and the Doxie integration. Even client les live in Evernote and are easy to share as needed. To le Business Cards - I take pics of business cards and tag event. To prevent hoarding - I take pics of birthday cards/ other memorabilia from my life and then throw away. I can see my mementos all the time. Pictures - My Apple iPhoto duplicate debaucle has me using Evernote to store photos now. Taxes - I take pics of receipts. I then just share that years notebook with my accountant Storage - I am storage bin crazy in my town home. I follow an early Evernote tip to organize and know where everything is stored! Measurements - I am always buying for my house, so measurements and pictures of curtains, rugs, and other decorative items are a must. Ebooks - all eBooks go here for easy access on my iPad or for sharing. I LOVE eBooks. Music - I add my favorite songs for access while I travel. Fun with girlfriends - I create shared notebooks with my friends and family and we drop funny pics, music, videos or little text notes to each other.
