The probationary period might be extended to six (6) months depending on your performance. During the probationary period, your employment may be terminated by either party by giving one (1) weeks notice in writing or pay in lieu thereof. Should the management find that you are not suitable in your job functions or commit misconduct, the management reserve the rights to terminate your employment by giving one(1) day notice instead of one (1) week notice in writing. The probationary period is solely for the purpose of considering your suitability in all respects for the permanent employment with this Company. In some case, the management be reduce or extend the probationary period for further period of three (3) months if the management deemed necessary. Upon satisfactory completion of your probationary period, your employment will be confirmed in writing with or without increment 1

You shall be entitled to this annual leave for every 12 months of continuous service with the Company. Such leave can only be taken at the convenience to the company and subject to the approval and discretion of the management. Annual Leave Is non- accumulative and any outstanding leave not utilized is to be forfeited after 1st January of each year. Application for Annual leave shall be made in writing and forwarded to the Management not less than two (2) days prior to the commencement of leave. Otherwise the management will penalize you for last minute application of leave. 1 day leave to penalize twice of it. Any emergency, M.C, Compassionate leave, etc to provide proof of it otherwise 6) Public Holidays : You shall be entitled to the following 12 Public Holidays annually, other gazette Public Holidays not listed in this agreement shall be the Working Days of the Company:a. b. c. d. e. f. g. h. i. j. During festive seasons, normally the management may at their discretion to declare for extra Holidays and this will be deducted from the employees annual leave entitlement otherwise will be treated as unpaid leave.

You will be eligible for this Medical Leave on a case basis subject to approval of the Management. However, normal sick leave against producing of medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner will be granted and reimbursement of normal medical fee will be made against receipt subject for approval. 8) Working Hour : Monday Friday 9.00am 6.00pm Saturday 9.00am 1.00pm Any public holiday falls on Sunday there will follow on next day You shall carry out faithfully and conscientiously such duties and job responsibilities assigned to you by the company or any person acting on behalf of the Company at all times. Outlines of your responsibilities and job function will be given to you in due course if the Management deemed necessary. You shall not at any time during your employment with this Company or afterwards, make public divulge or disclose to any person any secrecy informations as to the business dealings or affairs of this Company or any of its customers that may come to knowledge in the course of your employment with this Company. The contribution to EPF and SOCSO by the Company and employees shall be in accordance with the current statutory rate. Though you are not required to be medically examined, you are required to declare your fitness for employment and further required to disclose any illness, medical or physical disability which you have suffered or which you are suffering from which would affect your fitness for employment. Should it be found after employment that you misrepresented or not disclosed, inter alias, material facts regarding any illness, medical or physical disability, it shall be deemed to be sufficient cause for the Company to terminate your service without notice and the Company shall not be liable to any claims for benefits thereafter. 3

After confirmation of your employment, either party may terminate the service by giving two (2) months notice in writing or payment of two months salary in lieu. However, the Company reserve the rights to call immediate dismissal should you be found misconduct. We shall have withhold your last drawn salary due to you for a period of one (1) month our resignation and you are required to hand over your jobs what so in a proper manner. As a condition of employment, you shall not reveal or disclose to anyone outside the Company without the prior written consent of the Company, all confidential and proprietary information relating to the business of the Company which come to your knowledge as a result of your employment by the Company. You shall not make use of such confidential and proprietary information for your own purpose or for the benefit of anyone other than the Company. Any invention, improvement, literary rights, copyrights, trademarks, patents and/or new discoveries (the Intellectual Property) which originate from or conceived by you, whether alone or with any person or persons while in the employment of the Company which relates either directly or indirectly to the Company shall belong to and be the absolute property of the Company. As a condition of your employment, you are required to devote your whole time, attention, energies and skills solely to the business of the Company, and you shall not be concerned or interested directly or indirectly in any business or work other than that of the Company. The Management will not tolerate employees who take drugs or are drug traffickers. It is also a condition of service that should you be found taking or trafficking or addicted to drugs, or should you be convicted of any offence under the laws pertaining to drugs at any you shall be liable to immediate dismissal.

At the discretion of the management, you are liable to be transfer from one post to another within the group, or from one station to another, without any loss of service or seniority or reduction in remuneration and benefits. In the event that the management need to shift to a new premise or shift the place of business from one place to another, i.e relocate, than well need to relocate you to the new place or premise too. You may be subject to transfer or to perform relief duties or other duties our organization or any other companies that our directors have the interest
