Executive summary
Previous 5 to 10 years the trend of commerce education is increasing day by day. If go back few years then we know that there is no merit of commerce education in vehari, even second and third division students take admission in Commerce College, there is one college in vehari that provide the education of commerce before 2009, gradually when people aware about that education then lot of commerce colleges jumps in vehari now there are 9 commerce colleges in vehari which face hard competition. In which we select the Govt.College of Commerce We try to discuss the Pakistan College of commerces strength, weakness opportunities, and threats in addition, we also try to make its segmentation and its Marketing Mix. We also try to get all the phones numbers of Supervisors and how much number of employees working in that colleges. We personally visit to these colleges and met to their supervisors and try to get maximum information to which we can get. And in the lights of that information we develop our future business plan.

Through this project we want to analyze that what type of learnings and services are provided in the Commerce institutes in Vehari. And what are the strengths and opportunities of Government College of Commerce and how that college avail the opportunities in vehari? In this city there are 7 colleges which are dealing in commerce subjects. As well as (Pioneer College of Commerce, Pakistan College of Commerce, Progressive College of Commerce, National College of Commerce, Zeta College of Commerce, Government College of Commerce, , Punjab institute of information technology, We analyze that there is there were some traditional flaws and weakness in the institutes.

7. Teacher dont give assignments to students today every students of different colleges contacts to each other they told each others situation of their colleges then student may attract to that college in which learning is good.

The trend of Commerce education is increasing in vehari. In my opinion there is no problem to launching new degrees in vehari which is relating to commerce Gcc vehari actually affiliate to BZU we firstly try that BZU give permission to launching new degrees which is relating to commerce we launched Bachelor of Economics (BEcon) Master in Accounting, M.B.A, MSC in economics, BSc Double Mathematics. I want to give the example of McDonald when they started its operation in India, then what happened?

1. The limitation of age will be 30 year when person take admission in D.com/DBA/ICom after 30 year not allow to any person that he take admission in college
2. In gender base both male and female classes should be gathered from D.com to M.com 3. In family life cycle we allow to every person who is married un married no above 30 year

take admission. 4. We launched different degree for different level of income persons like D.com of two year will be 10000 I.Com of two year will be 5000 B.com of 3 year will be 30000 BBA for 4 year will be 50000 M.com of two year will be 20000 M.B.A of 3.5 year will be 85000 The requirement for getting admission through D.com to M.B.A will be 1st division, and in ICom, B.com, M.com will be second division. criteria for teaching should be M.B.A (finance, Marketing, Money and banking)M.com or MSC statistics MSC economics and M.A English (with 10 year experience),Master in Accounting, MSC in Computer. The teaching criteria should be 5 to 10 year no fresh is allowed to teach

Psychographic Segmentation
Our plan is that in the first stage like D.com/ ICOM/DBA we isolate the students who are well participant in class and those who dont participant, afterward we give them education according to their mental level and the boys who dont participant equipped with high confidence before reaching in B.com and BBA level, and in B.com and Bba level we repeat to this process before reaching in M.B.A/M.com. We decided to established a department in Gcc vehari who guide to student after B.com and BBA that in which university that they take admission.

Niche Segmentation
We have also plan regarding increasing the students of the GCC vehari that we give know how to the B.com students of the M.B.A/M.com for this we try to cover B.com syllabus before two month like if paper held in July we try to cover it in April in order we give in one month education of M.B.A and M.com subjects and the assignments preparation and article reading methods. And in one month we prepare them for NTS it all process will be free of cost. In that two month the attendance of students will be necessary if students not give attendance then per day fine will be 50 rupees.

In a product we want to introduce different degree which is relating to the commerce and

make lot of departments with those degrees we also provide the quality of teaching I mention above the name of degrees basically these all degree which I mentioned is the requirement of the vehari people Bachelor of Economics (BEcon) Master in Accounting, M.B.A, MSC in economics, BSc Double Mathematics,D.com/DBA/ICOM/, B.com/BBA, M.B.A/M.com.
In a price we uses different techniques to attract and encourage to our brilliant students

like we start a program if a person who is not able to pay his fee lump sum we give facility that he can give it periodically, payment period will be specific if one day above then per day fine will be 10 rupees. And we also start a program if any boy bring 15 or 10 students then we special give him discount in his fee. We also give that opportunity to teacher if they finish their syllabus in 2 or three month or their performance is so good then we increase their salary 15% mean give them bonus.
In promotion we will uses the advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public

relations strategies to attract the boys In advertising we give add in newspaper in every on weak, and we also uses the local cable services and also uses sign boards and banners it will be at V.chock, peer murad, lauden road, club road, sharqi colony, liqat poora road, and zia shaheed road. In personnel selling we send to our teachers and boys in different schools that they give them awareness of our college In sale promotion strategy for attracting to our students we cut off the fee of computer and provide them free of cost library facility and free letters facility. In a public relation strategy our meeting will be held every month of teachers then we decided to how we can attach with the public by arranging festivals in college and by a different workshops.
In a place strategy we established a department of marketing in our college marketing
