FORMER UN STAFF APPEALS FOR HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE

Former United Nations world food program's senior food monitoring assistant,
Mr. Mohammed Husson Ali Appeals for Humanitarian Assistance (to be
resettled in Australia).

He is a Rohingya Burmese citizen, currently residing in the United States of
America without family and thus seeking for humanitarian assistance from all
level of human society, particularly of the Government of United States and
Australia, International Rescue Committee (IRC), International Organization for
Migration (IOM), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United Nations
Agencies and others in order to save his life from isolation and frustration.

Mr. Mohammed served oppressed Burmese children for decades before joining
with the United Nations World Food Program (WFP) in Burma, which forced him
to choose to be in exile as refugee.

He was a mandated refugee of the UNHCR in Malaysia, suffering from Cardiac
(heart disease). His refugee mandated file number of UNHCR in Malaysia is
354-08C06271 or 08/MLS/06271.

As respected and distinguished vulnerable person, he was proposed by
an Australian citizen (Mr. RASHI DUL HAQUE, passport number M8136105 (see
attached copy), address at: Wingyi Road, Lakamba, Sydeny, Australia, contact
phone 0061402601471) for Offshore Refugee and Humanitarian Visa Class XB,
which lodged at the Australian High Commission in Kuala Lumpur and UNHCR
Malaysia on June 18th 2009. Australian Immigration client file number is OSF
2009/053163. But, due to his disease he could not get chance for Australia
though he made a number of request and appeal to UNHCR.

Unfortunately, his luck of draw was found for the earth of the USA under the
UNHCRs Resettlement Program in conjunction with the US Refugee Admission
Policy. His resettlement Case number is MY 116797.

Mr. Mohammed was resettled to the USA on February 28, 2011 without family,
friends and caretaker (His Oregon State ID is 3204849). As it, he is reportedly
facing difficulties in his daily life. His case worker from Catholic charity is very

muck keen to assist him but due to his age, disease, weather unable to do
enough whether to ensure to provide caretaker in his lonely stay or to arrange
migration to Australia in finding friends to look after him.

Based on the situation, he is in need of humanitarian assistances from all level
of human society for his welfare in tied situation. He believes that his
settlement to the Commonwealth of Australia may be better as his previous
proposer or Rohingya Community in Australia may be able to assist him in time of
necessity as the Australia has a big group of Rohingya, living in nearby areas.

In these regards, we at the Rohingya Arakanese Refugee Committee (RARC),
Malaysia appeal to all level of human society, particularly the US authorities and
Australian counterparts to extend all possible assistance for resettlement to
Australia to him for his betterment on humanitarian ground to safe his life.
