SEE RELATED CRASH REPORT ON 171577Y. THE A/P WAS W/B ON ALL STAR WAY. THE UNRESTRAINED COMP WAS LAYING DOWN ACROSS THE BACK SEAT. THE A/P TURNED THE WRONG WAY ON VICTORY AVE AND DROVE OVER WEST CURB. THE SUSPECT VEHICLE THEN COLLIDED FRONT CONCENTRATED TO A LIGHT POLE. THE COMP'S HEAD COLLIDED WITH THE BACK OF THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT CAUSING AONE AND ONE HALF INCH DEEP LACERATION ABOVE THE LEFT EYE AND A HALF INCH LACERATION UNDER THE LEFT EYE. THE COMP WAS TRANSPORTED TO PMH BY DFR 18. DR LAURENCE PFEIFFER STATED FIFTEEN STITCHES FOR THE LARGER LACERATION AND SIX STITCHES FOR THE SMALLER LACERATION. R/O'S SMELLED ALCOHOL ON THE BREATH OF THE A/P. A/O #4776 RESPONDED AND PERFORMED SFST'S. THE A/P WAS DETERMINED TO BE INTOXICATED AND TRANSPORTED TO LEW STERRETT WHERE A BLOOD SAMPLE WAS DRAWN.
