The competences requested coherently with the processes are 4 that essentially will be divided later in the company structure by functions: y Administration: particularly the firm need to manage all the strategic part of the processes, such as the strategic purchasing and sourcing; also accounting, planning, budgeting and reporting activities. y Commercial: the company need operative skill for the selling, so the supply and marketing activities. y Logistical: these competences are very different but essentially to the operative evasion of the orders, in fact are grouped skills for the delivery, warehouse and garden building. y ICT: these skills are needed for the coordination issue and to take care of ecommerce website, technical support and e-marketing. The company, as it has been already mention, will need basically the operative competences; in fact the entrepreneurial team is going to cover the strategic ones coherently with his background, while for the other ones will be hired people with those skills. The other competences, for example legal or consulting, will be outsourced without taking any figure inside of the firm.

Coherently with the competences requested it has been created 4 function units in which is divided the company. Actually there is not a real head for the different department, in fact the two functions depend by the administration that take all the mainly decision, leaving to two areas the executive issue. With this organization the firm will gain in flexibility, but with the forecast of growing will appear more an more department due to the specialization and division of labour activities. MICROSTRUCTURE: ICT Department: Role: To make sure that the application works in a stable condition without problem, monitoring the behaviour of the system. If they have some problem they have to contact the company provider of the software to solve it. Should understand the requirements or advises of the community on Internet to help the provider company to develop and make changes about the web-site management. Its in charge as well for the e-marketing, so the proposition options and to make it real after the administration Knowledge Level: the knowledge about web -based software and network technology are mandatory. Its needed good communication skill. Number of employee: 3 Logistics department Storekeepers Role: Plan and monitoring the stock of tools garden in our WH. Close relation with Sales to bring them information about the stock and promotional opportunities to give to the customer. They have to pick the products, make the grouping and load the goods on the trucks, of course manage also the unloading. Knowledge: Driver licences for Lift fork. Selection: criteria of selection will be focus on people who are flexible, and rapidly adapt to changes. Number of employee: 2 Drivers Role: Delivering goods to our customers keeping the route that the company design. In the case of building up the garden they have to know how to help the gardener at least for the simplest activities. Knowledge: people who had been related to transport and basic skill for gardening. Selection: Have a drivers licence. Use a GPS or have good geographical location Number of employee: 2 Gardeners: Role: Build garden. Be in charge of the maintenance when the customer required the services. Knowledge level: Gardeners Selection: Skills teamwork (good communication with the designer), predisposition to adapt at our way of working, companys culture. Commercial area Role: receipt of the orders and the schedule the route of delivering; have to manage the order informing the customer about the day of the delivery. To monitor the warehouse stock through both the storekeeper and computer database in order to make the supply request. Take care of the usual office issue (invoices, transportations document, fax and so on). Knowledge: Computer skill. Number of employee: 2 Administration Role: Responsible for maintaining day to day financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support municipal operations, in corporate with external financial accountant and lawyer. Also work with commercial department to support to handle sales invoice. To work and manage to 3 kinds of suppliers (Plant and flower, tools garden suppliers and surface) in order to exploit the best new agreement or contract to get discount or promotion. Knowledge: Management skills and will have experience of working in a Procurement role and ability to demonstrate negotiation experience. Basic knowledge of financial, accounting and administration are necessary. Number of employee: 2
Human resource management system

Recruiting mechanism For the recruitment of people the firm lean on a consulting company that focus his activities in the human resource like ADECCO. It will be created detailed profiles of the activities and the role that it needs to be covered in a business unit, then the ADECCO will propose some candidates for the roles with all relevant information about their careers and trade tests. Here there are the costs for the consulting:

The final cost for consulting is 5.700 . Selection Once taking the candidates will be done an interview from one representative of ICT department and one from the administration one, definitely two of managerial team but that take care of different aspects in the firm. These two figures will take the decision of hiring together and notifying the decision to the other members who can raise objection or doubts. Once selected a person will do a test period, that can be variable, to evaluate concretely the performance. Training 3

The people hired will be trained on for the specific task they are going to do, so initially one from ICT department follows up the new employees. With the growing up of the firm in term of size the person in charge to train the new employees will be the chief or and old man of the business unit. COST OF PERSONELL Here there is a table with the gross wage monthly for each employee and their cost yearly. Those costs include with the annual salary even all the cost associated to the employees like insurance, taxes, extra-wages, prize and so on.

The average cost of one employee is approximately 25.000 for a total cost per year of 225.000 . In this computation there isnt the wages for the managerial team.
