The Louisiana Press Association is a trade organization established in 1880 to unite the weekly and daily newspapers of the state into a voluntary, cooperative, educational association to promote and protect the welfare of the Louisiana newspaper publishing industry. LPA currently serves over 130 of the states newspapers and is governed by a Board of Directors of newspaper publishers.
OUR Service
The Louisiana Press Association Advertising Placement Service was established in the 1930s to assist agencies and advertisers in purchasing multiple newspaper advertising. The service is funded through commissions paid by the newspapers. There are no hidden charges and no mark-up on rates. Rates are taken directly from each newspapers rate card based on the rate type you qualify for. You pay the same rates as if you placed the ads directly with the newspapers yourself.
The LPA has been a fantastic resource over the last few years. We could never have executed some of our clients campaigns without their service. Utilizing the LPA is like having another seasoned planner on your team.
