Reg: Reimbursement for qualifying in the Diploma In Treasury Investment And Risk Management Examination of Indian Institute Of Banking And Finance. Most humbly and respectfully, I would like to draw your kind attention to the captioned subject .Sir, I have been sending letters since 2008, subsequent to qualifying in the above mentioned examination and also duly submitted required furnishings like my declaration about clearing the examination within three attempts, agreeableness for posting at the point of need etc as outlined in the relevant circular. But sir, till today, all my applications for reimbursement, ostensibly, lay buried in the archives of the HRDD of the circle office at Guwahati, and I have been foolishly nurturing the notion that, when relevant circular exists, I am bound to get my due reimbursement as bank religiously abide by its circulars. Sir, with due humility, I would like to evince my utter surprise at,subjecting my genuine prayer for reimbursement to such dilly-dallying and lassitude by the concerned department at the circle office in spite of existence of appropriate circular, mandating such reimbursement by our employers ie Punjab National Bank. Sir,I also do understand that, claiming ones dues in compliance with relevant circular certainly, doesn't tantamount to begging for alms from any individual, as it is beginning to appear now, by the total show of apathy to my myriad of letters since last three years and not on one single occasion, the concerned department at the circle office, acknowledging those letters. So, sir, I once again, enclose a copy of my earlier letter with the copy of the pass certificate along with a copy of the relevant circular and request you to please consider my prayer and sanction my reimbursement which, genuinely is owing to me. Thanks. Best regards.

Himadri Shekhar Bhattacharjee. Encl: As above.
