Euroflax Industries (Imports of Textiles)

Fibers like cotton Linen have ruled the world since the start of civilization. Our Sister concern being Pioneers in Cotton, Euroflax deals with alternative fibers also known as functional fibers. Euroflax Company was founded for linen production in India. Due to cheaper costs of manufacturing across the borders, Euroflax now specializes in Linen imports. We deal in the most superior yarns spun with fiber coming from LILY area of Europe. Euroflax industries also specializes in organic cotton, colour cotton and products related to organic textiles. Our strong knowledge about fibers helps us in selecting the right cotton for spinning. All the fibers Euroflax deals in are environmentally friendly with properties equivalent or superior to conventional cotton. As we speak about innovation and technology china with its large scale production has invented new fibers like Milk and Soybean. Though in the 1940s the fibers were quite popular in America and Europe the market for it collapsed due to World war II. Now regenerated, these fibers are more efficient and durable than any other fiber invented before or existing today.

Milk fiber
Milk fiber was invented in 1930s in Italy and America to compete wool. The fiber known as ARALAC, Lanatil, Merinova all different brands for the same fiber manufactured from milk casein fell victim to their minor flaws and the war.

Montgomery Ward's S/S 1942 catalog featured classic felt styles of 94% new wool and 6% casein fiber.

Tailored flannel bathrobe of 50% spun rayon and 50% Aralac Sears F/W 1944-45 catalog

Todays Milk fiber is environmentally friendly, superior in strength and has far better qualities than man-made fibers. Some of the advantages of milk fiber :

Milk fiber adopts continues graft copolymerization techniques. The producing process has no effect on environment and formaldehyde in the products is zero. So milk fiber can be considered as green product. Milk fiber is a new synthetic fiber, which adopts milk protein as main material and high-technical process. Milk fiber has the advantages natural fiber combined with synthetic fiber. Milk fiber PH is 6.8 which is the same to human skin. Milk fiber contains seventeen amino-acids and natural anti-bacterial rate is above eighty percent. So milk fiber has sanitarian function. Dyeing stuff for milk fiber is reactive, acid or cationic dyes. Milk fiber is made from milk casein, instead of fresh milk.

Euroflax is the exclusive agent to market milk fiber in India through the manufacturers from China. We provide complete technical assistance from spinning to dyeing and finishing. We also deal in finished products with washing and maintaining assistance. We are the leaders for this product in India and plan to promote this fiber world over.

Soybean Soybean fiber was invented by Henry ford in 1937 and was termed as soy Wool. Henry ford also made a suite and necktie from soybean fiber and used this unique fiber in car upholstery. Soybean like wool was also a victim of the war and the cheaply available man-made fibers. Soybean until 1960 was being manufactured in Poland. Henry Ford in soybean suit The new soybean fiber was invented in 1998 and was promoted in 2000. The advantages of the fiber: Advantages of soybean fiber blends with other fibers 1. Soybean/cashmere (80/20) Enhances the hand as well as lowers the manufacturing cost of cashmere products. Gives superior luster and comfort, as well as anti-pilling and drape properties. 2. Soybean/wool (50/50) Produces excellent results taking advantage of both fibers, the lustrous, soft hand and strength of soybean fiber, and the elasticity and heat-retaining properties of wool. Spinning of high-count yarn is possible. 3. Soybean/silk (50/50) Provides a solution to problems of silk, such as poor resistance to staining from perspiration and water, poor light fastness and moisture permeability. Higher quality can be achieved at a lower cost. 4. Soybean/cotton (50/50) Enhances the comfort, luster, moisture-permeability, quick-dry and drape properties of cotton. Upgrades cotton products. 5. Development of yarn Spinning methods have already been established for 100% soybean fiber, its blends with natural (cotton, linen, wool, cashmere and silk) and chemical (modified polyester, viscose, tencel, polynosic etc.) fibers, and used in plants dealing with cotton, silk and wool. Production of 100% soybean fiber yarns in the range of 21S-80S and blended yarns (28/72, 30/70, 45/55, 60/40, 70/30, 85/15 etc.) is possible. 6. Development of knit fabric Soybean protein contained in the fiber makes a superior, soft hand endowed with both moisture absorbency and permeability, which makes best application in knits and innerwear. Finished with an anti-bacterial agent, healthcare functionalities are also given. It has great potential in its use in high-grade knits and innerwear. 7. Development of woven fabric Weaves made of soybean fiber blends with other natural or chemical fibers have so far been used in shirting and home textiles. A series of such products, too, has already been developed. Their special feature is the luster and soft hand found in silk. Their economic effects are extremely high.

SUPERIORITIES OF SOYBEAN PROTEIN FIBER FABRICS Cashmere feel: The fabric made of Soybean Protein Fiber is soft, smooth, light. It has cashmere feel, but smoother than cashmere. Dry and comfort: the moisture absorption of soybean fiber is similar to that of cotton fiber, but its ventilation is more superior to that of cotton. Luxuriant appearance: Soybean Protein Fiber fabric has joyful silky luster with perfect drape and elegant; Good color fastness: Its color is quite fresh and lustrous with active dyes while quite stable in the sunshine and perspiration. Compared with silk products, the problem of freshness of color and stability of dying is solved. Anti-ultraviolet: Its anti-ultraviolet property is superior to cotton fiber, much more superior than viscose and silk. Good mechanical property: Breaking strength of the single soybean protein fibre is over 3.0cNdtex, which is higher than that of wool, cotton and silk and only lower than that of polyester fibre of high intension. Function of Health: Soybean Protein Fiber possesses many amino acids necessary to human's body, so it has exceptional function of health. Skin Evaporation: Its amino acid can activate the collagen protein in the skin, resist tickling and evaporate the skin.

MILK FIBER In the late 19th century, began to study abroad renewable protein fiber. Italian scientists in 1936, in 1938 the United States, respectively, of ICI companies from milk, peanut, corn, soybean protein extracted from spinning. 1945, the United States, Britain developed a milk protein fiber, but because of poor performance fiber, textile processing can not be interrupted study. In the 1970s, Japan has been successful in developing a different natural fibers and a new type of chemical fiber, fiber containing milk protein synthetic amino acid molecules, that is, today's milk fibers. Milk fiber was invented in 1930s in Italy and America to compete wool. The fiber known as ARALAC, Lanatil, Merinova all different brands for the same fiber manufactured from milk casein fell victim to their minor flaws and the war. The future starts with the current moment. As a new fiber manufacturer in the 21st century, Production process Milk protein fiber is made by dehydrating liquid milk before degreasing and mixing it into milk slurry after the addition of softener. Then, the milk slurry is made into silk milk through wet spinning and other technological finishing processes. Milk protein fiber is healthy for skin, comfortable, with bright colors due to good dyeability, etc. The milk protein fiber can be spun purely or spun with cashmere, silk, spun silk, cotton, wool, ramie and other fibers to weave fabrics with the features of milk protein fiber. It can also be used to create topgrade underwear, shirts, T shirts, loungewear, etc. to satisfy people's pursuit of comfortable, healthy,

superior and fashionable garments. The milk protein fiber is a fresh product as a superior green, healthy and comfortable fiber; milk protein fiber will certainly become popular goods in the market as new favorite of the Textile. Good moisture, absorption and conduction: The fiber base body (AN), the double composition and the vertical fibers does not have the regular channels, which makes the milk fiber have as fine moisture absorption, as natural fiber and better moisture conduction than synthetic fibers, and is both comfortable and permeable. The goal of Doshi Group is to provide Milk fiber, milk yarn, Milk fiber yarn, Milk protein fiber, milk fiber manufacturer, milk fiber supplier, milk fibre, milk fibre manufacturer, milk fibre supplier, milk fibre yarn, milk protein fibre, spun yarns, and filament yarns, while at the same time offering the best & superior service for which we are famous for.

From childhood, we had been hearing that milk is good for health and our daily food menu should include it. Despite its being healthy, there are many people who do not like to drink milk. Now these people can well relieve themselves by not drinking milk and even then getting all of its benefits. Now they can wear the benefits of milk! Yes, in the form of milk fabrics made from milk yarns. Its amazing, isn't it?

The Eco- Friendly Milk Yarn

Milk Yarn is made from milk protein fibers. To make it, milk is first dewatered, i.e. all the water content is taken out from it and then it is skimmed. New bio-engineering technique is then applied to make a protein spinning fluid. This fluid is suitable for wet spinning process through which the final high-grade textile fiber is made. While spinning, a solvent is used by most of the manufacturers and micro-zinc ion is embedded in the fiber which gives it the characteristics of being bacteriostatic and durable. It combines the advantages of both, natural as well as synthetic fibers. Milk protein fiber is a kind of fresh fiber that has very healthy functions. It contains eighteen amino-acids, that are beneficial to human health. It can be spun alone or with cashmere, silk, spun silk, cotton, wool, ramie and other fibers to make fabrics. The fabrics made of these fibers nourish and take care of skin in a very efficient manner by keeping away allergies and even wrinkles. The fabrics made from milk yarn are primarily used in manufacturing kidswear, top-grade underwear, shirts, T shirts, loungewear, etc.

Milk Fiber Blended with Other Fibers

We now know that milk fiber can be blended with many other fibers like cotton, cashmere, silk etc. When milk fiber is combined with these fibers, the resultant fabric gets different qualities adopted from different fibers but one common quality that is retained in all the blends is that of its being a healthy and eco-friendly fiber.

Milk Fiber blended with silk, bamboo fiber- the Cool Fiber: This blended fiber is moisture retentive, sweat conductive, comfortable and ventilative which gives it the property of coolness. It is soft and smooth with an attractive gloss, reflecting elegance in the personality of the wearer- and it is healthy. Milk Fiber blended with mercerized wool, cashmere- the Thermal Protective Fiber: Milk protein fiber has a kind of three-dimensional and multigap structure. With its properties of light weight and high moisture absorption, the milk fiber when blended with wool and warm cashmere, becomes highly cold proof material- and it is comfortable and healthy too. Milk Fiber blended with cotton,cashmere- for top grade under clothings: The milk protein contains plenty of amino acid and natural wet protecting genes. It is capable of restricting fungus too. The natural fibers, cotton and cashmere too have more or less similar qualities and when blended with milk fiber, the properties are enhanced to make comfortable, healthy and well fitted under wears. Milk Fiber blended with cotton, silk- for home textile: Milk Fiber regulates air quality and when mixed with cotton or silk it also adopts the qualities of comfortability, durability and elegance making it perfect for home furnishings. In fact, the fabrics made of milk protein fibers are so skin friendly that the dream of many about taking milk bath can come true now. This was one thing, which, only

Cleopatra could have done to enhance her beauty and now that can be done by any average person, thanks to the astonishing milk yarn.
