ORDER:

1. From the Commissioner, PR&RE, Hyderabad, Lr.No.15863/M1/ 2010-6, Dated.24.02.2011. 2. Government Memo.No.4545/E&R/A1/2011-1, Dated.2.5.2011. 3. From the Commissioner, PR&RE, Hyderabad, Lr.No.15683/M1 2010-24, Dated.03.05.2011 and dt.6.5.2011. ***

In the Letter 1st read above, the Commissioner, PR&RE, Hyderabad, has furnished proposals for creation of certain temporary posts in the office of Commissioner, PR&RE, Hyderabad and in the offices of District Panchayat Offices and Divisional Panchayat Officer for a period of 6 months from the Date of filling up or till the need ceases whichever is earlier for the purpose of preparatory work for the 4th Ordinary Elections to Panchayat Raj Bodies, 2011.

2. In the Memo 2nd read above, the Commissioner, PR&RE, Hyderabad has been requested to furnish the information of Existing Cadre Strength of the Department & Cadre wise break up and Financial implications along with pay scales as per the PRC, 2010. 3. In the Letter 3rd read above the Commissioner, PR&RE has furnished the details of the proposed cadre strength in District Panchayat Office & Commissioner, PR&RE Unit and financial implication of the said posts to fill up the Superintendent post by promotion from the Senior most Senior Assistant and the Senior Assistant Post by promotion from the Senior most Junior Assistant and the TCA post from Outsourcing in the office of the CPR&RE, Hyderabad. She has also proposed to fill up the post of DLPO by promoting the senior most EO, PR&RD, Grade- I and the Senior Assistant post by promoting the senior most Junior Assistant. 4. The Government after careful examination of the proposal of the Commissioner, PR&RE, Hyderabad hereby accord sanction for creation of certain posts in the office of the Commissioner, PR&RE, Hyderabad and O/o the District Panchayat Officers and Divisional Panchayat Officers in the state except Hyderabad (Urban District) as indicated in the Annexure in this order temporarily for a period of 6 months from the date of filling up or till the need is Ceases whichever is earlier, for the purpose of 4th Ordinary Elections to Panchayat Raj Bodies 2011, as proposed by the Commissioner, PR&RE, Hyderabad. 5. The Expenditure for the posts sanctioned in para (4) shall be debited to the Head of Account from which the Pay and Allowances are drawn. P.T.O
