Los Angeles, July 7 media have recently speculated regarding the pending dismissal of Acting Director Kenneth Melson, who heads the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), following reports that ATF allowed suspected gun smugglers to purchase weapons. The weapons have later turned up in Mexican police raids and been linked to the deaths of US Border Patrol agents.
Kenneth Melson has been a central figure in corruption of the justice system under the Bush administration.

Mr Melson, Director of the US Attorneys Office under the Bush administration, was a central figure in the evidence that led to the 2010 Human Rights Council Staff Report, which referred to corruption of the courts and the legal profession and discrimination by law enforcement: [i ,ii ] Mr Melson (in collusion with FBI Assistant Director for Criminal Investigations Kenneth Kaiser) refused to enforce the law in view of overwhelming evidence of racketeering in the California courts by judges and financial institutions (Countrywide and Bank of America). In response to Congressional Inquiries by Senator Dianne Feinstein and Congresswoman Diane Watson on the matter, Melson and Kaiser provided written responses, which were alleged as fraud by US Department of Justice on the US Congress. Then US Department of Justice Inspector General Glenn Fine refused to investigate complaints regarding the alleged fraud by Melson and Kaiser on the US Congress, even after Congressional Inquiry by Senator Feinstein. Complaint, which was filed in May 2009 in the US District Court, Washington DC, To Compel US Officer to Perform His Duty, naming Melson and Kaiser among the defendants, was subjected to simulated litigation by US Judge Richard Leon and Clerk of the Court Nancy Mayer Whittington. [iii ]

FBI will pursue all allegations of judicial corruption vigorously, as public corruption violations are among the most serious of all criminal conduct and can tear at the fabric of a democratic society. [ iv ]

Convoluted relationships between President Obama and FBI

The convoluted relationship between President Obama and FBI is highlighted by the following episodes: [v ] In December 2008, President Elect Obama was interrogated by FBI; according to media reports pertaining to the sale of his vacated Senate seat. In February 2009, Senator Patrick Leahy (D), Chair of the Judiciary Committee, called for a Truth and Reconciliation Commission, pertaining to conduct of the US Department of Justice under the Bush administration. [vi ] Following Obamas inauguration, tenure of senior officers in the US Department of Justice, such as Melson and Kaiser, was nevertheless continued. In 2009 Kenneth Melson was appointed Deputy Director of ATF with no Senate confirmation. [vii ] In May 2011 federal judge denied Blagojevich attempt to get Obama's FBI interview. In May 2011 media reported that President Obama was seeking extension of FBI Director Muellers tenure beyond its 10-year term, expiring September 2011, pursuant to US law, born of the bureaus history under J Edgar Hoover. The June 2011 the Washington Post reported FBI investigation of Chicagoans who crossed paths with Obama when he was a young state senator and some who have been active in labor unions that supported his political rise.

One should reasonably assume that FBI has all along held compromising evidence regarding President Obamas birth certificate, multiple social security numbers, and other affairs as well.
