Program Overview 2011-2012
Welcome to the R.O.Y.A.L. Miss Blue Revue Debutante Mentor Program. Our mission is to foster the educational goals of college-bound young women. The program is operated under the auspices of the Epsilon Rho Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., and the R.O.Y.A.L Miss Blue Revue Committee. The R.O.Y.A.L. Miss Blue Revue is a comprehensive mentoring program, focusing on etiquette, community service, and college preparation. The goal of the R.O.Y.A.L. Miss Blue Revue program is to provide young ladies the opportunity to be involved in educational and personal growth activities that can open doors for them as they transition into womanhood. The program is open to young women who are sophomores/juniors in high school during the 2011-2012 school years, who attend high school in Delaware. The R.O.Y.A.L. Miss Blue Revue Debutante Program will culminate with a Debutante Ball held in the fall of 2012. The benefits to the prospective debutantes include: Learning social graces and etiquette Effective communication skills Interview techniques for scholarship Effective resume & cover letter writing Scholarship essay writing Financial planning strategies Strategies for building self-esteem and handling peer pressure

Eligibility: 1. The Debutante nominee must be a citizen of the United States. 2. The Debutante nominee must be a sophomore or junior in high school during the 2011-2012 school years. 3. The Debutante nominee must not have a criminal background or expunged record. 4. The Debutante nominee must be single, never have been married, or had a marriage annulled, had a child or be pregnant. 5. The Debutante nominee must include her most recent high school transcript 2

6. The Debutante will also receive membership in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Archonette Youth Auxiliary. The Debutante Committee will make the final selection of young women meeting these requirements.

Requirements: A minimum of two tickets must be purchased in support of The R.O.Y.A.L. Miss Blue Revue Debutante Ball held fall 2012 A non refundable deposit of $25 is due at the time at the time that application is received. The non refundable program of fee of $85 can be paid in installments A minimum of three advertisements must sold for the souvenir journal Participation in all fundraising activities

Refrain from the use of alcohol, drugs or profanity during or prior to any event Be of good character and demonstrate the ideals of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc:
