Based in Surrey, BC, P2 Solar Inc., formed in March 2009 as a solar project developer, is focused on developing PV solar power projects in regions where land has good exposure to sunlight and the governments have introduced attractive subsidies to motivate development. With the rise of clean green renewable energy as an alternative to older dirty fossil fuels from the past, P2 saw the opportunity to be involved in a global paradigm shift moving into sustainable, environmentally friendly energy. The Company has been building its management team in an effort to take advantage of opportunities in the emerging solar industry worldwide.

Growth Strategy and Goals

According to New Energy Finance (Global Futures 2008), investment in renewable energy is expected to reach US$450 billion a year by 2012, rising to more than US$600 billion a year by 2020. Investment flows have not only continued to grow, but have broadened and diversified, making the overall picture one of greater breadth, depth and scale in sustainable energy. P2s management has laid out a three phase program from 2011 to 2013 with an aggressive mandate to develop 100 MW of sustainable, renewable PV solar power capacity by the end of 2013. The Company's project focuses are in the regions of India, Europe and Canada and the company is currently working to identify and execute potential PV grid connect solar projects of 1MW and higher in these regions.
