PROCESS OILS
Sentis* Wax High Quality Paraffinic Wax 7.01

Sentis waxes are a family of refined paraffin Slack and Scale waxes. Sentis Scale Waxes have low oil contents as measured by ASTM D-721. These waxes have high flash points and excellent melting points. Applications: Sentis waxes are recommended for applications adhesives, inks, packaging materials, candle, tire and cable filler. The heavier waxes are commonly used in the manufacture of particleboard, wafer board, oriented strand board (OSB) and fire logs Sentis Wax must go through further refinement to meet FDA requirements when used in food industry Advantages: Low Oil Content Sentis Scale waxes are refined paraffin waxes with significantly lower oil contents compared to traditional Slack waxes. These waxes facilitate further processing and enhance yield characteristics in many industries Colour Sentis waxes are naturally light in colour compared to other scale and slack waxes Odour Sentis waxes have no sulphur odour or excessive solvent smell Good Stability Sentis wax resists oxidation. Its inherent natural oxidation stability helps prevent colour degradation in storage under normal handling temperatures and practices
