ACTIVITY INFORMATION
11-31838 (LARCENY FROM MOTOR VEHICLE) On 7/7/2011 deputies from Ypsilanti Twp were called to the 700 block of Woodcreek Dr for the complaint of personal property stolen from a parked motor vehicle. Investigators learned that entry to the vehicle was gained by smashing a window. Several items were stolen from inside of the parked car. Deputies are still attempting to determine when the incident occurred. No suspect information was available. The case remains open.

11-31846 (LARCENY FROM MOTOR VEHICLE) On 7/7/2011 deputies patrolling Ypsilanti Twp were dispatched to the 2400 block of Lakeshore Blvd, Lakeshore Apartments. Deputies were called to investigate the theft of personal property from a parked motor vehicle. The victim told police the property was stolen sometime overnightthe theft was discovered early morning on 7/7/2011. Multiple items were taken from inside of the car. No suspect information was available. The incident remains under investigation. Stolen Property: 1 Tom-Tom GPS system 1 Social Security card

11-31870 (HOME INVASION) Deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Twp were called to the 500 block of North Miami Ave for a daytime residential burglary. The victim reported that someone entered the home through an unlocked ground floor window. Several electronic items were stolen. No further details were available at the time of this posting. No arrests have been made. This remains an active investigation.

11-31872 (LARCENY OF PURSE) On 7/7/2011, at approximately 12:15PM, deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Twp responded to the K-Mart store at 3100 Washtenaw Ave for a stolen purse complaint. The caller informed police that an unknown male stole her purse while she was using a vending machine outside of the store. The suspect fled from the area after grabbing the purse from a shopping cart. Multiple police units responded to the area to search for the suspect. Sheriffs Deputies were assisted by the Ypsilanti Police Department K-9 Unit. A police dog track was conducted throughout the areabut, no suspect was immediately identified. At the time of this posting, no arrests have been made. This remains an ongoing investigation.

11-31942 (LARCENY FROM MOTOR VEHICLE) Deputies assigned to York Twp responded to the 900 block of Beaver Crossing Dr for a larceny complaint. The victim reported the incident on 7/7/2011; and, the victim believes the incident occurred sometime during the night. As the victim was preparing to go to work on 7/7/2011, he discovered that the car stereo had been removed from the dashboard of this vehicle. No suspect information was available. The incident remains open. Stolen Property: 1 Pioneer DEH-1300MP car stereo

ARREST INFORMATION
11-31970 (WARRANT ARREST) Deputies assigned to the Community Policing Team in Ypsilanti Twp arrested a wanted subject on 7/7/2011, at about 10:00PM. Deputies were on patrol in the area of Ecorse Rd and Wharton Dr when contact was made with the subject. The subject was identified and taken into custody without incident.
